"So, you're telling me you've had a kid?" Jungkook's brother says eyeing Jungkook with narrowed eyes. The baby is no longer in photographer Min's arms but rather in its carrier that sits beside Jungkook's father on the floor.

When we entered the hospital room once more, Jungkook's mother had already filled in the other two people with what she understood about my relationship with Jungkook. I don't know exactly how I feel about it yet, but since Jungkook and I decided to go along it for her sake... I guess I'm rather glad she told them on our behalf.

Photographer Min doesn't wait for an answer before he turns to me, "And Mrs. Kim is not only your girlfriend but also your baby momma?"

He looks a bit skeptical. Which is totally understandable, to be honest.

Jungkook scratches the back of his neck, "Yeah.. she.. is..."

Well...

Listening to it from Yoongi's mouth is very awkward.

"Why didn't you say anything? Are we nothing to you?" His brother says in a hurt tone.

Again, totally understandable.

Jungkook and I share a look. I just stare back at him, waiting for him to answer. I'll go along with whatever he says. "We were scared and... honestly, we didn't know what to do...nor what to say. It really wasn't something we planned."

"That seems pretty obvious to me."

"Yoongi, please." Their mother warns. Photographer Min rolls his eyes. He seems to be the most disturbed person with the news. Although I don't know where Jungkook's father stands since he hasn't yet said a word. His expression isn't exactly happy tho.

"How can you be like this when you just found out Jungkook has a child? Mom, look at what this punk has done?! This is in no way a simple matter!"

"I know, son. But-"

"Yoongi, stop." Their father's strong voice made the first appearance since we came back into the room. "You must have forgotten that your mother isn't in a condition where you shall raise your voice like this. Don't stress her any further."

Yoongi doesn't say anything, but his hard gaze travels to Jungkook and me.

A sudden thought crosses my mind. I truly hope this is just momentarily anger because I don't want to lose an ally just as important as photographer Min. I wonder if he's regretting helping me get my actual job right now.

"How did the two of you meet?" Their father speaks, turning mine and Jungkook's attention away from his brother.

"I also go to Hanyang University." I offer glancing at my housemate. Like we agreed on, let's play with real facts.

"Are you from the same class?" His mother asks.

"No, uh, we met at the library." Since I couldn't tell we met because we rented the same apartment by mistake, I said the first thing that popped into my mind... which was the library for some reason. I guess it works.

"The library? Does Jungkook's even read?"

Or not. Dang.

"Yeah, hyung." My roommate whines. "I do read."

"Picture books don't count."

"Shut up." Jungkook sighed, "We met at a party once but we barely talked. She helped me find a book Jimin asked me to get him and that's how we met in a more official way I guess."

Good job, Jungkook (No sarcasm there). Did his excuse seem like the truth?

"Seems more like you." His brother chuckles.
