10 - new secret

Olivia's POV :

The next day.
The sound of birds flying outside.

The Sunbeams came through the curtains and woke me up.
Carla was no longer next to me.
She must have already gone down.

I sat up in bed and memories of last night flew by.

Oh god what have I done.

I decided to take a hot shower and relax.
The warm water slid down my body and I relaxed.

I looked at a clock in the bathroom, it was only 9 o'clock.
I walked to the hall and down the stairs.

Ouch walking hurt for a reason we all probably know.

Everyone was in the kitchen talking to each other.
Matteo and Carla were making breakfast.

Nina looked at me from head to toe.
"Why are you walking so weird?"

"Oh I hurt a muscle during yesterday's workout."
I looked at Valerio who tried not to laugh. I hoped I didn't turn red.

Matteo had put some tasty sandwiches on a plate.
''Here, eat up we have a mission to do today''.

I took the plate and sat down at the table . "Thanks, what mission?" I took a bite of the bread and it tasted good.

Valerio sat down next to me .
His moss green eyes made contact with mine.
"We are going to kill the Russian mafia with my team."

I looked at him questioningly and felt the awkwardness between us.
''Just like that? kill them all?"

Louis also sat down at the table.
'' Yup, there's a mafia gala tonight, in short it means that all the mafia's come together, except the English ones because they have a fight with the others but we are invited too''.

I nodded.
"So we go there and shoot them all?"

Suddenly I felt Valerio's hand move across my lower leg to the inside of my upper leg.
It leaves goosebumps all over my body. I took a deep breath and tried not to look in his direction.

''Yes that's right''.
God his voice sounds so addictive .

I moved my leg causing him to let go.
He bit his lip and I rolled my eyes at him.

I looked Valerio straight into his eyes.
"So what happened to the man who hired me to kill you?"

"Do you mean Vladimir Petrov? I killed him."

The conversation went on for a while and I couldn't stop thinking about yesterday. It was unbelievably good.
Just before I left to see Carla, he took my hand.

''Before I forget, you and Carla get to choose a dress for tonights gala, bodyguards are going with you so don't think about it, love''.

''I'm not going to run away dumbass, you'll find me again within a day so what's the point''.

He smiled.
"If you run away I'll make you pay just like last night." He gave me a wink.

I was silent.

The bodyguards drove us to town in a big black car. I looked out the window.
The city was filled with people, it was busy. The sun was shining .

"Is your muscle that you hurt getting better?" Carla asked.

I had a questioning expression on my face. ''What muscle? I'm doing great-''. I didn't understand it at first and I couldn't lie to my own sister.
"Oh yes my muscle, yes it still hurts." I smiled uncertainly at her.

"Okay I know you're lying, confess what you've done." She crossed her arms, she knew me too well for this.

''Me? Well um''. I rubbed my neck nervously.

''Just spill the tea already''.

How the hell am I going to tell her that I normally fight with Valerio and now suddenly had sex with him.

"Don't tell me you fought him again."
She sighed.

''No, I went to his room and ended up in his bed so we kind of struggled in his bed afterwards ,no that's not the right word well in his bed we kinda -''.

Carla put a hand over her mouth.
''Shut up, don't tell me you had sex?!''

''Well look-''

''OH MY GOD OLIVA FERNANDEZ YOU DID NOT''.

"Shhh be quiet you don't say a thing about this to anyone, it was a mistake."

Carla had a huge grin on her face.
''And you were the one who told me I was handling the situation too easy and boom you're the one who's going to bed with the one holding us here-''.

''That's enough okay I know, it was a small mistake''.

'' Small mistake ? Certainly not otherwise you would be able to walk normally."
She laughed out loud at her own joke.

I put my hand to my face and already regretted telling her.

The car arrived at a shop and dropped us off there. Bodyguards walked in front, behind and next to us.
We spent hours trying on dresses in the store .
And oh my god they were beautiful. It took a long time before we were done trying on and deciding which one to take.

Later we arrived again at Valerio's house, Aka our new house now.

Let the mass murder for tonight begin.....
