They baby was coming any day now. As the day approached them,Christina had been letting Andrew stay in her guest room. They both slept better that way.

Andrew was fast asleep in the guest room his mouth wide open and one of his arms dangling off the side of the bed.

Christina was in her room sound asleep as she laid comfortably ass possible for a 9 month pregnant women. Anthony slept beside her adjusting his position ever so often, he was a wild sleeper.

Andrew was a light sleeper but he was sound asleep when he felt someone poking his face. He opened his eyes only to scrunched them back together before opening them again. In front of him stood a sleepy Anthony. "What-" before he could even say his question he heard Christina. It wasn't quite a scream but it certainly didn't sound pleasant. "Ok buddy, we got this" Andrew said springing into Dad mode.

He walked to Christina's room with Ant in his arms. "How you doing?"

"How do you think I'm doing? I have a baby pushing it's self out of my vagina!" Chris said aggressively squeezing onto the pillow next to her.

"I already texted my driver, their on the way." Andrew ignored the attitude that seemed to be directed at me. He knew that it was the stress of the baby causing her to lash out.

"You need help getting dressed?" Andrew asked before he left.

"I think I can handle getting myself dressed." She tried to get up but sat back down as another painful contraction ripped through her.

"Here I got you" Andrew said trying to help her to her closet.

"Get away from me" she pushed him away not even glancing at him.

"I'll be back" was the last thing Andrew said before leaving her there. He still had to get him and a sleeping Ant ready.

"Mom the baby's coming" Andrew said through the phone sliding his sweat shorts on. He put the phone down as he slid on a hoodie knowing that his mother was probably screaming at the phone right now. "Alright I'll see you later, love you"

Ant was ready and downstairs along with their hospital bag. All that was missing was the pregnant women.

Andrew found her in the same position. "We have clothes for you in the bag, are you ready?" Andrew could see the tears in her eyes as he got closer to her, careful not to set her off. She nodded and that all it took for Andrew to put his arms around her supporting her as they walked to the car.

His driver whom he's known for almost two years now helped grabbing Anthony and the hospital bag.

"Just breath" Andrew coached Christina as another contraction hit her. She squeezed his hand for dear life from the excruciating pain.

"Eee ooooo eeee ooo" Christina breathed

"Good girl, you doing so good baby" Andrew said automatically.

The ride to the hospital took less than 10 minutes. Any longer and Andrew thought he would need to be in there too due lack of circulation in his hand.

"You're 6 cm dilated," a doctor said before leaving the three of them. Ant laid on the couch while Andrew sat next to Christina on the bed. Andrew held Chris's hand as he was lost in thought.

"I'm sorry about earlier, I was really scared."

"It's ok, I know this is a lot for you but you're doing so good."

"I wouldn't be this calm if I didn't have you" Andrew smiled before kissing her on her forehead.

"You need anything?"

"Ah" Christina screamed using the last of her strength to push the baby out.

"It's a girl" the doctor said "Dad would you like to cut the umbilical cord?"

Andrew moved from beside Christina to cut the umbilical cord. As Andrew looked at his little girl tears formed in his eyes. She was perfect he thought. Her loud crying filling the busy room as the doctors checked her.

A few moments later a nurse handed Christina her baby. Immediately tears began to stream down Christina's face. "She's so beautiful"

"Just like her mom" Andrew rested his head on the side of her forehead. Relief flooded through them that their daughter was here. "I love you" Andrew said kissing Christina's temple.

He meant those words too, even if she didn't feel then back. He didn't care all the months in therapy were finally paying off and what he cared about so much before seemed so little in this moment. This was all he needed for the rest of his life.

In the morning everybody stopped by to see their little angel. First it was the grandparents of course. This allowed the two to rest a little after being up for most of the night.

Andrew was the last one to wake up. Him and Christina had squeezed on to the hospital bed. Andrew looked around seeing Christina sitting up eating something while his friends and family surrounded them.

"Morning sleeping beauty" Ralphy said

"Fuck off"

"Language"

"My bad mama" Andrew said getting up. "Y'all see my baby" Andrew was excited that all his friends and family could share this moment.

"Our baby" Christina corrected remembering how he reacted when she did the same thing. Everyone around them laughed at the two.

"This is crazy" Ralphy commented "I can't believe we both had girls"

"Let me see my niece" Andrew said to Kam as she held their two week old daughter.

"Kavayeah you have a cousin now" Andrew cooed

"Let me see her" Christina said next to him. He scrunched up his face holding the baby closer to him.

"No I just got her." Chris pouted

"Look at those cheeks" Chris cooed beside him.

Bria cries filled the room, "yall not giving my baby enough love. Y'all not right." Ralphy said picking up Bria.

"We're gonna be bestie when you grow up" Ralphy cooed at the baby in his hands.

"We're gonna go,"Andrew's parents said. "Our handsome boy has been in a hospital all day. We'll be back later" They said hugging everyone as they said their goodbyes before leaving.

Christina's dad left an hour later promising he would be back. That left the four amigos and three little munchkins.

"Y'all looked really cozy when I walked up in here" Ralphy commented. He had been holding that one back since he arrived.
Andrew stood holding a sleepy Bria to his chest.

"It was a long night" Andrew simply put it.

Christina couldn't lie though the emotions she was afraid of catchy were lurking somewhere in her mind as she looked at how good Andy looked holding their daughter.

It was no surprise that she found her self thinking about him every so often. She knew her feelings wouldn't just go away but this time she was determined to protect herself.
