Andrew's POV

"Us... us." She sat back her eyes squinted towards me. Right now wasn't the time to talk about this but the alcohol was encouraging me to tell her how I felt. To open up to her in a way I never had before. "There is no us."

"Just let me say what I need to say." I grabbed the remote pausing the tv. "I know that I've made a lot of mistakes that led us to this point and I'll take full responsibility for being selfish and inconsiderate towards you. I put my needs before you and that is something I regret everyday. I'll do whatever it takes earn your trust. I literally have felt a whole in the middle of my chest since we been apart. I hate seeing you and not being able touch and kiss you. You literally brighten up my whole existence and if I have to live the rest of my days as your friend I'll understand but just know I want more. I want everything with you. We have a child together and I thank God everyday for making her in your image, for blessing me with you. I would do anything for cause I love you, I'm in love with you and I have been since the day you tried throwing a ball at my head. If you could find it in your heart to forgive me, I'll show you everyday how grateful and appreciative I am to be so blessed with someone as kind, caring, beautiful, and hot as you."

She was in tears, I pulled her to me. Holding her as she cried. "Sorry, I had to get deep but I can't take being so close to you and not being able be with you." I kissed the top of her head. "I know you're drunk so if you don't remember this. I'll tell you again tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that. If you choose us I'm never letting you go again and I'll put that on my uncle Kane."

I woke up hearing someone at the door. I looked down seeing Christina in my lap. I couldn't really move so I shook her lightly. Then the person knocked again making Christina stir. "Someone's at the door."

"Then get it, the fuck" I rolled my eyes playfully this girl was mean when she's tired.

"I need you to get up first."

All of a sudden this girl started laughing. No one could convince me that she's not crazy. She moved getting up. "I forgot you only have one good leg."

"Aye, wait wait wait. Go put some pants on or something." I said attempting to get up as well. She gave me a devious look as she made her way to the door.

I watched her face as the door opened and the look of shock crossed her face. Then she smiled big, "oh my goodness, I've missed you." I heard her say as I crutched to the door.

The person laughed and my eyebrows furrowed together as I was met with realization. "I've missed you too."

I got to the door and rage filled me. I hated this guy. One minute he was acting like my friend and the next he was trying to get with my girl.

"Dru it's good to see you." Trey said

I didn't say anything. Why was he here?

"I'm sorry he's pretty cranky in the morning but come in. We have to catch up." He eyed me before walking in. I moved to the side.

"Hey, be nice. I'm going to go freshen up"I looked from him, down to Christina. "He's my friend so if you ever want there to be an us. This would be the time to put your pride to the side." She patted my arm before walking away.

At least this meant we had a chance. If playing nice with Trey is what I had to do then so be it. I would beat his ass if ever tried anything anyway.

I crutched over to the kitchen where he sat drinking water. "What's up man? Why are you here?"

"I just got done with my tour and I had to see Chris when I got back. She's was a huge helped in making my tour as successful as it was. I also wanted to check on her.-"

"You ain't gotta be checkin on her bro.-"

"Woah, I know our history between the three of us is complicated but when Christina felt like she had no one to turn to I was there for her. When she cried, when she had a craving, when she was so happy she cried more. I know it's not your fault for not being there but I was there with her. I started my own little family so I get it. I also know how much you mean to her and I just want to see her happy."

Christina walked in wearing sweats and a t shirt. "Y'all want breakfast?" She asked

"Hell yea"

I sat down thinking about what Trey had said. I'm glad Christina had someone to care for her. I just really hated the fact that it was him. All I could think about was them together.

Trey showed Christina pictures of his tour as he discussed how crazy and fun it was. He had brought his son with him on tour which slightly surprised me as I didn't even realize he had a kid.

As we all continued to make small talk I realized that Trey seemed different like he wasn't the arrogant son of a bitch I remembered him being.

"How was having your son with you on tour? Was it hard?" I asked

"I mean some days I was dog tired but it helped having a nanny and his mom with me. I definitely couldn't do that shit on my own. He's one going on 50 I swear." He laughed and I could understand where he was coming from. Anthony was a handful at one getting into everything, telling me no all the time.

"How's your guys's little girl? I haven't had a chance to meet her." Trey said shifting his gaze between Christina and I.

"She's beautiful, just like her mama." I said going through my phone to find pictures of her. I found pictures showing him our little angel.

"Wow, y'all really said copy and paste. She's beautiful."

"Thanks man"

The door bell rung and I looked at Christina. She shrugged, "it's probably your mom with the kids."

Trey and I got up to answer the door. I stood on my crutches as he opened the door. "Fuck no, you gotta go."

Lance stood at the door and if Andrew didn't have crutches he would beat the fuck out of him. Christina had told him what transpired between the two and that made him ready to go back to jail.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" Lance asked

"Who the fuck is this?" Trey asked moving to stand beside me.
