((I like to think Kristin gave him immortality and wings as he didn't have any before. And that was a huge no no so since lady death can't get punishments, Phil was cursed with this cursed that turns him into an actual giant crow. While turning; Phil is aware of what's gonna happen and tries to fight it but can't. In that state as the crow; Phil is aware of what he does but has no control over it and starts to hunt and/or kill anyone that's near him. So as this part of the Headcanon Phil can't be away from Kristin for too long or can't be too far away from her because if he looses control and she's not there. No one can revert him back to normal))
((An example Headcanon; techno saw Phil transform once. He wanted to help but Phil told him to run, techno refused and stayed to try and help and in the process of trying to help revert him, Phil causes most of the scars on techno's body that he has, techno recieved a broken tusk/sharp tooth, whatever you call it, torn ears and lost of scars that almost left him to bleed out and die but luckily Kristin appeared in time and saved the both of them))
(( so again if Phil is too far away from her or is away from her for too long, he'll start to feel extremely anxious and stressed and that's when it happens. Only people that's seen him transform are Eret, techno, Phil and bad))
