Jake- he says it randomly, when ur with him, over the phone, at anytime he feels like.
Andy- he says it after he kisses u, or when he feels you need to hear it.
Sam- when ever you get angry, or stressed he says it. It calms u down.
Felix- he doesn't say it often. But when he does its quiet and sincere.
