You looked in the mirror, down at your stomach. you found it funny how a little person was growing inside of you.

The previous morning you had felt sick, and stayed home. then you decided you would go to the doctors.
After 2 hours of waiting, the doctor told you the news. he congratulated you, but all you could see was Jake. all you could think about was his reaction. would it be another relationship breakup or would he stay for the ride?

And now it was a Tuesday night and Jake was coming home from work in 5 minutes. he called to say he ordered pizza and would pick it up on the way.

You decided to put on a movie to watch when he came home, so you got the lounge room ready, with drinks and movies.
You wanted to tell Jake tonight. So you thought of a plan.

The front door opened, as Jake walked in. he placed his keys on the table and his bag on a chair.
"Y/N? Where are you babe?." He yells. but then something catches his eye. A red pacifier sits on the kitchen table, with a post it next to it saying " we're gonna be needing more on these in 9 months time".
You stood in the door way, watching his reaction.
"Y/N, what's happening in 9 -" he looks at you, wide eyed and open mouthed. his eyes flicker from your eyes to your stomach,and back again.
"Ar- are you, carrying my child?" He asks. you nod, just as he grabs your hips and pulls you closer. he pushes your head to his and breathes deep.

He kisses you, soft and sweet, a hand moving to your back, holding you to him.
" Well, looks like we need to have a chat, but first I have pizza." he says. you nod, and take his hand.
