"Hey, Yelena... Do you think I'll find anyone?" I look at her, leaning back in a chair with my feet curled up. "Cmon you've just had your tests! Be positive! You're still young."
"Says the girl I had so protect when I was 5 years old," I scoff, the flashback making sense. "I can't be pOsiTivE when I don't have anything. Y/N this, Y/N that, and then there's me, cmon Y/N, help them Y/N is all I can think about. It's hopeless." I stare up at her, sighing.
"Y/N... I don't know what you THINK you owe the world, but I promise you don't owe it anything. Having you here, saving nearly every single person who was in your state from their probable hopes being crushed is pretty much sick enough."
I breathe in slowly and nod, rubbing my arm softly and wrapping my fingers around my wrist, a developed habit, "I hope I find someone. Oh, when does my training start? And do you have an um a training room? or a gym of some sort? Maybe some books..?" I look at her full of hope.
She grins and nods, "Well first of all Princessa, you're training will start in maybe 2 days and yes, we do have a gym. I do have a few of my old books... and I'm sure I do have some F/G books if that's still your favourite."
I smiled and then started going over all my powers in my head, basically just telekinesis, energy manipulation, and some form of neuroelectric interfacing, I have a sort of emotional connection with the elements I can kinda teleport but I don't know how to control it- my powers are also f/c. Oh did I mention I can also like fly? I kinda have a sense when something is about to touch me but it doesn't work much because of Dreycov. Like is that how I'm meant to say it? Legit the only thing I can control is my telekinesis, energy manipulation, flight and neuroelectric interfacing but only the mind-reading part. Actually, I haven't used that in a while...
"Y/N? Are you okay? I think you should sleep for now... You have a special room... I'd been hoping to find you," she smiles weakly, "It has your F/C pillows and all the patterns I remembered you would make. You have a few clothes but since we have enough funding, I'm going shopping for all of you once you all find your style." Yelena smiles at me and I read her mind I miss her so much... I wonder if she stills has that thing she used to... I hope she stays with us. I hope she was okay but in there... I smile in return and it's filled with so much more emotion than what I've felt in many years. I'm internally relieved as I just have to explain my powers to her.
I was confident this part of my life would be amazing. Like a book, every chapter has its beauties however starting a new one has a whole new effect no matter what lays ahead.
