"Halmom! I am back!" she screamed out loud. "Yah!! I got it!! Don't shout!!" was the response she got instantly. 'Why is she so short-tempered?" she had the thought in her mind.
Walking through these great wooden doors with the chicken feet in the parcel bag she walked up to the table situated at the very end of the room. There sat the Guardian of Samdo River, the sister of King Hades himself...Taulipa.
"Halmom!! I brought something for you and halabeoji" she walked up to her boss' desk and placed the parcel on her desk. "You and that idiot fox both are the same...you both are soft...you both buy stufIf for me to compensate for your emotion-driven step...also both are finding the same person..." she mentioned Aheum with a smirk on her face.
"I already found her..." she retorted back at Taulipa with her smirk. She showed her left hand and showed her boss the burning ring around her index figure.
Taulipa was shocked to see the ring burning around her figure. "Where?".
"She was not hard to find...she came to me herself...I didn't even know...we work at the same office," she replied Taulipa giving her a smug look.
"Also...you knew...you knew she worked over there that's the reason you stopped me from working in the same place as her right?" She bent down to meet Taulipa's eye level.
"Halmom...why?". "Your Destinies...If you met her...the future...is...not very bright...all of your destinies".
"Destinies...? How many people are you talking about? How many destinies are intertwined? Do I know all of them?". "Many...some you have met in the past...". "Don't go behind her...if you want to prevent the disasters..". She only nodded at her words but deep down she just wanted to be with her for the time she had left.
"Hone-oh! My favorite soul hunter is here!" Halabeoji came from somewhere. This place is huge so she didn't know where he popped up from. "Halabeoji!".
The two did one of their weird handshake and Taulipa watching them with the most done face. "Anyways...did you kill him?" Halmom asked suddenly ruining the moment between the two friends like a grandfather-granddaughter duo.
"Yes, I did it. He was just fighting and didn't utter a single word until his family came in. His last words were to erase his family's memories for him from his family's heads...She even begged me to leave him...". She was guilty of killing the fox in front of his family but she had to do it because of her job. If she didn't Hades might have called her down itself for inquiry or she would have been punished badly.
"Don't get to attached or moved by their stories. They were given a set of rules before joining in the human life and they were informed beforehand about the punishments but they still did it so we can't exactly do anything...". She nodded at Taulipa's words.
"Okay...I will leave now...I have work tomorrow...but bye. Also, Halmom eat your medicines on time!" She ran out of the office and quickly climbed into her car.
She was excited to get promoted and see which department she was assigned to. She drove back to her apartment while blasting 'Drive' by Straykids Lee Know and Bang Chan on her aux.
~🦊~
Waking up from her bed she stared in emptiness again for about a minute before getting up from her precious bed and walking to the washroom. Doing her daily morning routine she came out of the washroom and walked to her closet.

(Her Outfit for the day)
She decided to drive to the building. She played her usual driving playlist on her aux and started driving to the first song which was Obsession by Alexa.
She parked her car in the parking lot for employees. while getting out of her car she remembered something. 'I am getting promoted today. Remembering this info she ran to the lift leading her to the top for to the Director's office.
"I am so sorry sir I am late" she huffed out with all the running she did from the parking lot to the top. "Ahh, you are here I was waiting for you." The CEO acknowledged the employee huffing and puffing near the entrance of his office.
"I was about to leave to your promoted section to give your file to the manager of the section, now you are here take the file and go down to the 7th floor. Search Of Urban Myths office."
She froze. Shwas going to work in the same department as Nam JiAh. She was happy about it but at the same time, she was thinking Halmom's words.
"Minji-ssi you are going or not?". "I am Sir. Sorry" she hurried out of the office.
She walked to the lift and pressed the button 7th-floor button. She was kind of nervous about working in the same department as Nam JiAh but it would be fine.
'I can do it ' she thought to herself and walked out of the elevator.
She followed the signs guiding the employees to their designated departments. She started doing some little stretchings and warm-ups to ease her nervousness. Gathering the thoughts, she pushed the door of the office open. The noise of the door opening got everybody's attention.
There were 4 people in the office facing the door and looking at the new person who has just entered the office.
"Ahh, the new editing and videography director of our show is here," the middle-aged man said walking up to the door and pulling you in while putting his hands around her shoulder.
"Ahh, she is the new videography director," a woman said walking towards you. "Nice to meet you, I am Kim Saerom. I the writer of this show" she introduced while shaking her hand.
"Hello, I am Pyu Jaehwan. I am the PD assistant." He smiled while shaking your hand.
"and...I think you remember me from yesterday" Nam JiAh walked in the front bringing her hand forward to shake it with her. "Nam JiAh, Production Director of this show," she said while shaking your hand.
As she was about to introduce herself she was interrupted by the man. "I am Choi Tae-suk. I am the team leader of this team.". "Also the one who slacks all day" was what she heard someone say behind her. She wanted to laugh but she held it in after looking at the leader's face.
"Who said that?!"
This was going to be better than her working at the editing station.
