It's been 3 years, and their father has been depressed in his room ever since. He doesn't eat, he doesn't talk, he doesn't shower, he doesn't sleep. Aska was nervous on the way this would effect his little sister, after all he had to think of this stuff. Aska was almost an adult.

"Asky...?" Delilah poked his brother, who was picking on his food by stabbing it repeatedly. Delilah thinks he would make an amazing ninja.

"Asky!" The girl got annoyed, not getting the attention she wanted. Aska looked at her, snapping out of it. "Hm?" He hummed out in response.

"Can we play now? You've been promising me since last week and we still haven't yet..." Delilah looked up at his brother, who stabbed his fork into the wooden table. The princess thinks he'll get food in the table cracks like that left over from his fork and attract bugs.

"Delilah can't you let me think for 10 minutes without pestering?! Go play outside or go jump off a cliff for all I care! You have no responsibilities! Just let me think for god sake!" Aska screamed out, snapping at his younger sister before jumping out of his chair and stomping to his room.

Delilah watches his older brother walk off, wiping her owns tears as she starts silently crying. "I'm sorry Asky..."

——

"Sour little boys, I swear," Lilith groaned, as she patted the young princess' head to help her calm down.

Delilah had run straight to her, because they both had annoying brothers that they still somehow loved. "Hey hey look up here!" Eni said joyfully trying to make the kid happy, he was strung by his toes to the ceiling with a clown nose on.

"Jesus Christ you absolute sock," Lilith laughed at him.

"Please like this kid my toes hurt—"

——

Aska sat in his room, crying.

Damnit why did I say that? I love her and I don't want her to die please don't let her listen to me. If I were her I'd hate me to death right now. I'd want me dead. She should want me dead. I told her to kill herself!

She should kill herself. She should die and hurl herself off a building. Blood should splatter from underneath her. She should die a gruesome death.

But I don't want that...

You know you do, you want her to die and you want it to be long and painful. You'll live forever and ever in timelines and timelines again to watch her die. It'll bring you joy.

Stop! I love her it won't! I won't be ha-

Aska's thoughts were interrupted as he heard the grandfather clock from outside his room. It had struck midnight, and he knew something was wrong. What if his sister was dead?! What if it was all his fault!

Aska got up and ran out his room, looking in her room, it was empty. No, no no no no NO!

Aska wanted to kill himself, yet he continued to search the house. She was nowhere to be seen. She couldn't have killed herself... right?

He walked out the house to catch his breath, and that's when he heard a bloodcurdling scream. It was her's. He ran to where he heard the scream and stared in embarrassment.

"AAAAGHHHH!" Delilah yelled as Eno tickled her with a feather, he showed no emotion, but if he could he would probably be confused and oblivious.

The prince's face became a bright pink from the awkward emotions he had. He hoped nobody saw.
