Dear Harry,

I would like you to accompany me on a date this evening. I shall pick you up at 6pm sharp. Dress casually.

Yours faithfully,
Draco.

Harry had reread the letter twice. It was awfully formal of Draco, well it wasn't really. It was just more formal than usual compared to how he usually writes to Harry. It was a normal amount of formal if you were anyone else. Harry cast a quick tempus to see that he had an hour to get ready. He got dressed in some nice black robes and a green silk shirt with some black trousers. He brushes his hair and ties it in a loose low ponytail. He heads downstairs into the living room to find Sirius and Remus. Remus is on the couch reading a book, while Sirius is laying next to him, with his head on Remus's lap. Remus looks at Harry.
"Why are you dressed so nicely?" Remus asks.
"I have a date."
"Two in one day? Someone's popular!" Sirius chuckles.
Harry blushes.
"Lunch wasn't a date."
"Oh thank Merlin! I thought you were dating two people at once!" Remus exclaims.
"No. Lunch was just a thank you. This evening is a date."
"With Draco I presume?"
"Of course. Who else would it be?"
Harry was confused. He could not figure out for the lid of him why his fathers were asking so many questions. And weird questions at that. They both know that he's dating Draco. So why on earth would he be going on a date with anyone else?! The two men shared a look, Remus shook his head in response to Sirius's silent question.
"I don't know. Just thought I'd ask."
Harry just gave them a weird look and sat down. It was hard for him to sit down and wait patiently. He just wanted to watch the clock tick over to 6pm. Then it did. And right on time, there was a knock at the door. Sirius jumped up and sprinted to the door. Harry rolled his eyes at the man and walked after him.
"Hello Draco! Lovely to see you!"
"Sirius! Always a pleasure!"
Draco saw Harry walk around the corner and he couldn't stop staring.
"Wow!" Draco gasps.
"Oh Draco! I know I look great, but you should really save your compliments for Harry. He nearly looks as good as me."
That pulled Draco's attention back to Sirius and Draco blushed.
"Sirius, leave Draco alone." Remus called out.
"You're no fun." Sirius replied under his breath.
"Have a nice date you two. Don't be home too late Harry."
Harry nodded in response and closed the door behind him.
"So, where are we going?"
"There's a lovely little cafe near here. Just a couple of blocks away."
Draco held his hand out towards Harry, and Harry immediately held it as the two walked off along the street. Sirius and Remus turn away from the window they had been looking through to watch the two boys.
"I prefer Tom." Remus states.
"I prefer Draco. He compliments me." Sirius replies.
Remus just laughs.
"Why don't you ever compliment me Rem?"
"I do."
"Not enough."
"I'm sorry. You truly are a beautiful person. And you will forever be the only man for me. You're the funniest individual I've ever met. Is that good enough?"
Sirius blushed.
"I love you wolf man."
"I love you too dog."

The two enter the cafe and Harry glances around. The cafe is cosy and decorated with a lot of plants. Draco leads Harry over to a pair of armchairs and Harry sits down.
"Do you want me to order for you?" Draco asks.
"That would be delightful if you don't mind."
Draco nods and walks to the counter to order, he pays and returns to his seat. Harry notices how tense Draco seems.
"Draco, what has you so tense?"
Draco gulps and let's out a sigh.
"Well, you see-"
"The espresso?"
Draco glances up to the waitress and gestures towards Harry. The girl places the coffee in front of Harry then places the tea in front of Draco.
"The chocolate mousse?"
Once again Draco gestures to Harry. The girl places the bowl in front of him, along with a spoon, then places a slice of cheesecake in front of Draco. As she walks away, Draco begins talking again.
"I've noticed that you've been really distracted lately. We don't seem to get to spend a lot of time together anymore. What has you so preoccupied?"
Harry sighs, he should've seen this coming.
"You should ask your father about this." Harry responds.
Draco chokes on his tea and he gasps for air.
"I'm sorry, what? I should ask my father why you've been preoccupied?"
Harry realises why Draco was so in shock about his reply and laughs.
"Don't worry! I'm not seeing your father on the side! I've just been helping him with some tasks, that's all! I just think you should ask him about it all."
Draco calms down and smiles.
"Thank Merlin. I don't know what I would've done if you had been seeing my father like that!"
Harry just smiled as he continues to eat his mousse. The two finish their meals and link arms as Draco walks Harry home. Harry opens the door and allows Draco to enter first.
"Do you mind if I use your Floo? Father apparated me to your house so it would just be easier for me to Floo back."
"Of course."
Draco gives Harry a quick kiss before Flooing back to his Manor. Harry sits down on the couch, completely lost in his thoughts.

"Father?" Draco calls out.
"In here Draco."
Draco walks into his fathers office to find him at his desk. Draco takes a seat on the armchair by the fireplace.
"Father, why has Harry been spending time with you so much recently?"
Draco watches his fathers shoulders fall slightly.
"Tom?" Lucius calls out.
Draco watches the door as a young boy walks in, only a few years older than Draco.
"Draco, this is Tom, Tom Riddle, otherwise known as Lord Voldemort. Harry has been spending time with myself, Tom and Quirrell to get Tom back into his own body as he was attached to Quirrell." Lucius explains.
Draco, in all his confusion, was lost for words.
"Huh?"
"Harry found the ritual to get me my body back." Tom explains.
"Oh."
"And as the beginning of me paying him back, I took him out to lunch today. But that is just the beginning."
Draco frowned. Harry didn't tell him that! Why wouldn't he tell him that he went to lunch with someone else? Then again, he hadn't asked him what he had done today. And there's nothing to worry about. It was just a thank you lunch.
Tom watched Draco's frown deepen and had to hold back a smirk. He will have Harry in no time, he's sure of it.

"Are you sure you'll both be alright while I'm gone? There's plenty of food in the pantry and the house elves have been informed of my absence so they will be waiting on you both constantly. Please be careful while I'm gone. I shall be back in a few days." Harry rambles.
Sirius and Remus laugh.
"You seem to forget that we are the adults here. We will be fine. Go and enjoy some time with your dad okay?" Remus says.
"Okay. See you both in a few days."
"Bye! We love you!" The two say as Harry Floos to Severus's house.

***

"Harry!" Severus exclaims as he leans down and gives Harry a hug.
"Severus!"
The two settle down in some armchairs and begin to chat.
"I want to know more about my mum." Harry states.
"She was an incredible witch. She knew every spell and was top of all her classes. She was an amazing woman. She was strong and fierce and stood up for what she believed in. It broke my heart when she married James. But we couldn't stay away from each other, obviously, otherwise you wouldn't be here. I just loved her and I still do, so much. Everyone did. She was breathtaking."
Harry sits there and watches the absolute adoration in his dad's eyes while he talks about the love of his life. And Harry understands that feeling of pure love. But for whom, he's not entirely sure.
