Big time skip, about 2 months has passed now bc I'm to lasy

Y/n's POV
I wake up and look at my hand. The scar is just as big as yesterday, like ever morning for the past month and a half I get out of bed and dress for work. I really enjoy working with Karl jimmy and Chris all the time. I look at the time and realize Karl will be here to get me in 5 minutes so I brush my teeth and run down the stairs.
"Morning sweetheart," my dad calls out as I frantically put my shoes on
"morning dad," I say as I finish putting on my shoes. "Sorry I'm running a little behind I gotta go," I open the door and see Karl pull into the driveway, just in time.
I hop in the Karl and put on my seatbelt "just a warning Jimmy was taking about putting you in a challenge so don't be surprised if you are," he says as we pull out the driveway.
"Ok," I say, as long as it's nothing gross then I'm fine with it, it sounds pretty fun.
We get to the warehouse and there's a farest weel out back, I look at Karl "not this again," he says and puts the car in park, I giggle and get out of the car.
We walk into the warehouse and are surprised to see people still inside, Chris walk over and hugs me and Karl "hey y/n, you exited to be in the challenge?" He asks me with a smile, "oh you too Karl, your going to be in this one as well,"
We hang out for a little and then are put in pairs of 2, of course Jimmy put ma with Karl. "In today's video we will see who can stay in the farest weel the longest, we have 3 teams," i zone out before he announces the teams and get snapped out of my zone to Karl putting his arm on my head. "We will 100% be winning this challenge and I know it," he says and a big smile on his face
"really, Karl," I move my head and his arm falls back down to his side and we both giggle.
We start the challenge and I'm already really happy to spend the whole day with Karl again. The challenge is pretty easy. Every once and a while we are aloud to get out and go to the bathroom because there's no other way for us to go. Me and Karl chill, talk about anything and everything, and take lots of pictures.
About 8 hours in one of the teams is out. Now it's just me and Karl, against chandelier and Chris. The sun is starting to fall in the sky and it's beginning to get cooler out. "I was just informed my the other team that they might be leaving soon so hold in there," Jimmy walks up to our weel thing and says.
Me and Karl look at each other "oh we will be holding on for as long as it takes," I look back to the camera and the ride moves again and goes around 7 times before stoping with me and Karl at the top.
I look over at the sunset and the sky is painted with colors from purple to blue then to orange and pink. I point at it "look how pretty it is,"
he giggles "yep, almost as pretty as you," I feel my face go hot, sunsets are vary pretty and I would die for one any day, so, Karl just told me I was prettier than one of my favorite things.
Karl's pov
"Look how pretty it is," she says pointing at the sunset, it's really pretty, like her.
"Yep, almost as pretty as you," I respond and look at her with a small smile on my face. She blushes and smiles, making me smile more.
"YOU GUYS WON," Jimmy yells from down below us, the ride starts to move again
"What, y/n we won," I get really exited and she hugs me
"we did it Karl."
We get to the bottom and we both stand up and step off the ride. Jimmy hands both of us $10,000. Y/n is speechless, I can't help but smile and grab a hold of her for a hug, she wraps her arm around me and squeezes me a little. Jimmy doses the outro and Chris walk up to us. "Congratulations guys," he says and hugs both of us. Y/n turns to the sunset and watches as the painted sky goes black.
I grab y/n's hand and pull her into the wear house along with everyone else. Y/n is super quiet, "hey, you alright, your not normaly this quite," I rub her back a little.
" ya, I just have no clue what to do with all of this money," she looks down at the money in her hand.
"Don't worry about the money, let's go do something," I grab her hand and pull her over to the crowd of people who are talking.
We talk and mess around for about an hour, then y/n comes up and wraps her arms around me from the side, looking up at me "Karl, can you take me home please," she looks really tired.
I agree and we say goodbye and go to the car. I start the car and being the 30 minute drive back to y/n's house. She leans her head on her left hand and sits her arm on the armrest, "what's on your mind?" There's a long stop before I answer.
"Well, there's lots of things on my mind all the time but right now I'm thinking about getting you home safe so you fell comfortable around me, it's really cool that you like spending time with me and I want it to stay that way."
She dosent respond, "what's on your mind?" I ask after a few minutes of silence
She scoffs the lifts her head to look at me. "Sleep," she sits up and leans her head back on her chair. she grabs her phone and plugs in the aux cord to play music. The first song is line without a hook, I giggle and reach over and grab her hand, she interlocks our fingers.
Her hand is soft, I never really paid any attention to how her hands where just barely smaller than mine making them fit in mine perfectly, my stomach fills with butterflies.
A few minutes pass and we arrive at y/n's house and I pull in and stop the car, she gets out and waves as I drive away, I wave back. Then she disappears from sight.
