Nicks pov
Me and y/n talk for a bit while Karl sleeps, she closes her eyes and instantly goes into a rem sleep, I lay back next to her and close my eyes, I'm not tired but I still have nothing to do. Within seconds I feel y/n's hand on my chest, just like how the first time me and Karl layed in bed and he fell asleep, I guess her and Karl are a lot alike.
It doesn't bother me, it's actually vary comfortable just feeling her hand against me, I scoot close to her and she rubs her hand across my stomach a few times before moving it up to my chest right over my heart. I start to feel tired, I mean, Karl's bed is pretty comfy, and on top of that I'm getting cuddles kind of. I close my eyes and fall asleep
Karl's pov
I wake up and feel y/n laying against me, it makes me happy, the only thing is I don't feel Nick behind me, I turn my head to look back and he's not there, I giggle when I look back to lay down and see him on the other side of y/n asleep and her hand is on his chest. Y/n and I have the same love language, physical touch, and I understand how she doesn't mean to do it, it just happens after she falls asleep.
I remember me and Nicks first meet up, he had told me how we where laying in my bed and I fell asleep, then rolled over and started cuddling him, I didn't mean to but it just happened when I fell asleep. (a/n not saying that actually happened it's just something that came to mind)
I lay back down and y/n moves a little closer to Nick, he moves his head and wakes up. He looks at me then down at y/n "oh umm, this, this looks bad I'm sorry," he lays his head back down.
"no it's fine, I mean it's probably better than the last time something like this happened to you so. I can move her if you want," I smile at him and there's a few seconds of silence before he answers.
"No, she fine, it's actually kind of comforting," he reaches his hand up and lays it on top of hers.
"I'm going to go get a drink, I will be right back," I stand up and walk out of the room, down the stairs and into the kitchen grabbing a drink of water. I go back upstairs and check the time on my phone, it's 12:47.
I walk back to my room and see y/n completely cuddled up with Nick and he's drifting in and out of sleep, his arm is around her, her head is on his shoulder. I giggle and lay back down on my bed, "if your not comfortable with this you can move her but," Nick says quietly.
"nope it's fine, I get her. You should have seen my face the day we fell asleep in her bed, she was doing that but it was really bad for me because I didn't want to move so I just fell asleep," I smile at the memory of it
Me and Nick lay and talk for a bit befor he ends up falling asleep, y/n moves a little in her sleep and falls back against me, Nicks hand still on her back. I cant help but giggle and slowly move Nicks hand and place it back next to him.
Y/n wakes up "what's happening?" She rubs her eyes and sits up, "nothing, come here, I want cuddles," I grab her waist and pull her back with me. She lays half on my chest and her head falls over my shoulder, she takes a deep breath and I feel her relax into me. "I love you," she mutters and for a second my entire body fills with the most happiness I have felt in a long time.
I wrap my arms around her and hug her tightly, "I love you too." Soon after I fall back asleep.
Y/n's POV
I wake up still half laying on Karl, Nick is not next to me anymore. I carefully slide off of Karl and lay my head on his chest, he reaches up and plays with my braids a little "good morning angel," his words fill my brain and send happiness all through my body.
I try to come up with something cleaver as a response but can't think of anything, I sigh "I can't think of a responses to that one," I say with sadness.
Karl giggles "sorry, it was the first thing that came to my mind."
Karl turns his head and kisses my forehead, then lays his head back down "I'm so glad I can do that now, and it's not going to be weird," he leans is head against mine.
"What do you mean?" I move my hand closer to his neck
"well, do you remember the day when you showed me your nose ring for the first time?" I feel his smile.
"Ya, of course I do," there's a moment of silence
"when I stood up and kisses you I didn't mean to, it happened so fast I didn't have time to stop it, after that I internally freaked out for the rest of that hour hoping you didn't get weirded out by it,"
I giggle "that moment I was full of butterflies, and I still get butterflies when I'm around you every day," I feel him slide his hand under my shirt, sending butterflies through me.
"I get butterflies too," he takes a deep breath and giggles "and I just gave you butterflies,"
I giggle "you did," I reach my hand up and it meets his neck, I look up and kiss his chin, then his neck, and then his collar bone.
He puts his hand on his stomach, "manger butterflies," is the words he whispers after I lay my head back on his chest, I giggle, "that's payback," I rub his neck with my finger tips.
"Payback for what?" He says confused.
"Remember yesterday after the stream when we came up here and it was right befor Nick walked in, you kissed the back of my neck and I was full of butterflies, instantly," he giggles
"Give me your forearm," I sit up slightly and demand, he pulls up the sleeve of his sweatshirt and puts his exposed arm across his stomach. I lay back down with my head on his chest, with my left hands fingers I gently with my fingertips rub up and down the length of his arm
"you have done this before, I like it, it feels weird but in a good way," he brings his hand to my side and once again slides it under my shirt, going higher than normal.
I continue to rub his arm for a while, every once and a while I switch patterns making him giggle. After some time he moves his arm and reaches for his phone, it turns on displaying the time, 8:56, he unlocks his phone with his thumb print and starts scrolling through Twitter. Not much other than screenshots and fan art from our stream yesterday, and a few rumors about me and Karl dating witch is normally all over my page to.
I sit up " what are we going to do today?" I turn my head and look in his direction
" I don't know we will have to ask Nick what he thinks," he reaches up and rubs my back as he sits up. I try to keep good poster but can't help but bend my back, Karl giggles "ok, note to self you really like back rubs," then scratches my back with his nails
"just saying back scratches feel better against skin," I stand up and walk over to the closet looking at my options for the day.
