Y/n's POV
I hover the cursor over the mic button. I click it before I chicken out. "Hello chat," I turn on my camera, "welcome to the stream, if you don't remember me I'm y/n and I joined Karl in the you laughing you lose stream a while back. I will be playing Minecraft today." Chat is going faster than I can keep up with, when I scroll up I see lots of supporting and nice comments.
"So I apologize if this stream isn't as good as Karl's are, I am new to all of this stuff and only know the basics of everything so this might be a little different than normal."
I open Minecraft on Karl's pc and open the world I made just for my stream. "So like I said I'm going to play Minecraft," I switch my camera to show the Minecraft screen.
After a few minutes I have stone tools and start a small adventure to find a place for a home. "Ok let's go and find a base, I feel like we had a really bad spon so this may take a little while." My fingers are shaking, making it a little harder to play. I finally find a spot for a house and set up my bed crafting table and furnace in a little hut to start with.
After a while I have the stuff to start making a house, I can feel Karl's eyes on me as I play around in the game. I smile and look over at him briefly then back at the pc to continue starting my house. A few minutes pass and I have an outline for the house. It's more modern and uses Spruce wood and stone bricks.
Chat has slowed down by a lot but is still moving pretty fast. A donation shows up on stream and the text to speech starts to read what it says 'hello y/n I hope you had an amazing day, your amazing and I would love to see you stream more often' I smile "oh my god thank you so much, I appreciate it thank you," I take a drink and look over at Karl, he is typing something on his phone, probably texting someone.
I go back to playing and play for what feels like forever, until finally I finish building my house, " ok chat," I step back a little bit and look at the house I just built "this is home," I say simply shocked at how amazing the building is, the walls match and the Windows show off the open floor plane on the inside.
I then walk inside the house and show off everything once more. I walk outside and start a farm, and place crops. Chat is going crazy over the house that I built and Karl texts me so he doesn't interrupt the stream ' just a heads up you have been live for like 5 hours' I read it and hear him giggle from the other side off the room.
"Alright chat, I think I'm going to go ahead and end stream, I hope you all have a nice night evening or day, your all amazing. Thanks for joining and supporting me in this crazy adventure, send smiles when you see this and then I will end," after a few seconds I see smile emotes in the chat. I wave "alright bye everyone," I say and end the stream shortly after.
Karl walk over and shuts down the pc, taking the headphones off my head And placing them on the desk. "Ok, how did you like it?" He asks finishing what he's doing.
"It was really fun, I really like it," he stands back up and walks over to his bed, laying down and staring at the ceiling.
I walk over and sit down next to him, "what time is it?" I ask
He checks his phone "1:42," he says and puts his phone on his night stand
"How the heck did I stream for 5 hours, I was only planning on going for like 2 hours,"
"Well sometimes people lose track of time, and you did, and it's ok, you where exited," he sits up and looks at me. "Ok, putting the stream aside for a minute, I need to ask you something,"
I look at him "ask away," I smile at him.
"So tomorrow I was planning on going to a friends house and we will swim and hang out for a while and was wondering if you wanted to come with?" He looks doubtful
"of course I want to come with you, are you crazy, even if you didn't ask me I would beg you to come," he's doubt turns into a big smile.
We just sit there for a few minutes until I stand up and take off the hoodie he gave me and hand it to him. "Oh, thanks," he places it on the floor and stands up. Then walk over to his closet and grabs some comfy clothes, "stay here tonight," he says and hands me a hoodie and a pare of shorts. I look up at him and he wraps his arms around me.
I change into the clothes he gave me and sit down on his bed. He walks over to his closet again and gets a shirt. He takes off the one he has on and puts on the other one, I feel my face go a little hot so I look down and cover my face with the sleeves of the hoodie a little.
Karl's pov
I walk over and sit down next to her on the bed. She lays down on her stomach and puts her arms above her head, I smile and place my hand on the center of her back and rub it a little bit. After a few minutes I lay down next to her and she scoots over and puts her head on my chest. A few more minutes pass and she puts her arm over my chest by her head, my stomach is twinning and twisting with butterflies.
After a while she rolls over onto her left side facing away from me. I roll on my side and put my hand on her arm, she reach out with her hand and pulls my arm down so it's wrapped around her front to her side. I slide my other arm underneath her and hug her close to me, it feels as if the world around us disappeared and all of the stress is lifted from my shoulders. I feel her relax and lean back on me a little.
After a while I can tell she's asleep. I curl my legs up agents hers and sigh, I wish I could do this every day. After about 10 minutes I start to feel tired and my eyes are heavy. I slowly drift off to sleep.
