(A/N: Chapter four is here everyone! I really enjoyed writing this one and just in time to see today's episode Yesterday's Lie. It was a great episode, and I hope you all think this is a great chapter. Remember to go watch The Owl House episodes on Disney Plus to show support to Dana on her amazing show. As before if you enjoyed reading feel free to leave me some comments, and sorry if I screwed up on the Spanish used in this story I wasn't the best student in my Spanish class. Byeeeee!)

"Where's Amity," Luz said looking at Eda. "Willow and Gus said you both came here together."

"Jeez," Eda said with a smirk. "Two years since we've seen each other and that's all you say to me squirt."

"S-sorry Eda," Luz said fidgeting around in her chair. "I've missed you too."

"Aww," Eda said giving Luz a choking hug. "I've missed ya too squirt. Of course, you've grown a bit so squirt might not be the right word anymore."

"Well Mija," Camila said in a serious voice. "Maybe you'd like to come clean to me about some things?"

Luz looked at the floor and then at Eda and Carlos. Both of them just raised their shoulder and watched her. Neither of them could help her here, and it was time, to tell the truth. Taking a breath Luz decided to start from the very beginning. When she had accidentally followed Owlbert to the Boiling Isles.

"Well Mama," Luz began. "When I told you I ran away cause I felt like I didn't belong, I wasn't lying. I wasn't being completely honest either."

Camila raised an eyebrow and Eda gave Luz a thumbs up. Carlos however looked to be on the edge of his seat. He seemed really interested in the whole drama that was unfolding. Still, Luz had kept everything locked up inside, but now she could tell her Mom everything. Even if she didn't believe all of it Luz felt better with Eda backing her up. At least with her there Luz might not be sent away to some hospital for people who had lost all sense of reality.

"I did run away cause of my problems, but I happened to accidentally follow a cute little owl into another dimension," Luz said as she played around with her fingers.

"You mean that cute owl?" Carlos said pointing to Owlbert who was currently jumping on the remote turning the TV on and off. He turned to look at all of them and gave a hoot before going back to the remote.

"Yep," Luz chuckled. "That's Eda palisman for her magic staff, almost all witches have one."

"Magic staff," Camila said rubbing her temples. "Another dimension, and witches. Okay Luz, so you chose to stay there cause you felt like you didn't belong here?"

"I-I don't belong here," Luz said catching everyone off guard. "Here I'm just weirdo Luz, but there on the Boiling Isles I can be a witch, just like Eda!"

Both Carlos and Camila looked at Eda who just grinned and waved. Camila didn't seem too amused by any of this. Carlos on the other hand was enjoying every second like he was watching the latest episode of his favorite show. If he had popcorn he'd be stuffing his face. Luz was glad someone was at least enjoying themselves.

"See I told you guys the truth," Eda said while pulling something out of her hair. "Luz and are thick as thieves. Not that I ever forced her to help me steal anything. Look here's a picture of us from our first bounty hunt together."

Camila and Carlos looked at the photo of Luz and Eda next to a large creature. It looked horrifying with large teeth and claws. A worried look spread crossed Camila's face while Carlos took out his phone to take a picture of the photo. This earned him a slap upside the head by Luz's mother.

"Could you take this a little more serious?" Camila hissed.

"Yeah yeah, sure," Carlos said putting on a serious face. "I'm very disappointed in you young lady. How could you do all these reckless things...and not tell you dear primo!"
