"Oh, give me a break."

"No Mike, you give me a break!" Dustin shouts, "All four of you were being a bunch of little assholes! I was the only reasonable one. But the bottom line is... You pushed first. You drew first blood" Dustin continues

"No! No way! I'm not shaking his hand." Mike exclaims in almost disgust, thinking the idea of talking to Lucas was horrible.

"You're shaking his hand"

"No, I'm not!" Mike nagged.

"This isn't a discussion. This is the rule of law. Obey or be banished from the party." Dustin crosses his arms. "Do you wanna be banished?"

"No." Mike rolls his eyes.

"Good."

Dustin grabs his jacket and backpack off the basement couch.

"Where're we going?" Mike exhales.

"Where do you think?" Dustin rhetorically asks, "Lucas'. Then we're gonna get Ethan, and find Eleven."

Dustin throws Mike's jacket to him as he goes through the basement door to the outside world.

Mike and Dustin arrive at Lucas' and knock on the door, luckily, he answers.

"What do you want?" Lucas asks with an attitude.

Mike stays silent, glancing at Lucas before looking back down at the floor. Dustin shoves his arm and Mike starts talking.

He sighs, "I drew first blood, so..." he holds his hand out with a pout on his face.

Lucas gives a fake look of amusement before dragging the two boys on the doorstep inside.

"Okay, I'll shake."

Mike holds his hand out, but Lucas interrupts him.

"On one condition. We forget the weirdo and go straight to the gate." Lucas crosses his arms.

Mike shouts that the deal's off.

"Fine!" Lucas exclaims.

"Fine!"

"No, no, not fine!" Dustin objected.

Mike, Dustin and Ethan rode up around the quarry, to the forest that sat near it to look around for Eleven. Around them, the birds were chirping as it was still the morning. The boys were shouting Eleven's name, in hopes of finding her. Their bikes dragged along with them as they continued trampling the dead leaves that scattered the forest floor.

Mike stops walking, and asks Dustin, "Do you hear that?"

Dustin doesn't answer, while Ethan infers that Mike heard something as he shouted El's name again. They look around, trying to see her maybe pop out of a bush or from behind a tree. But to their dismay, it hadn't been Eleven.
