Meredith's POV:
"Stand still, ma'am. I'm almost done with the train of your dress." I sigh and stop my fidgeting. It's been a long day of dress shopping for Amy and Chloe. Now I'm getting my customized wedding dress made from all my favorite fabrics. "How much longer if you don't mind me asking?" The woman glances up from her work. "About two minutes and you can leave until tomorrow." I sigh. This long day just never ends. I look outside and it's already dark out. I wish I could see Chloe. It's been so long since I've gotten to see her and I miss her.
I stare at the note taped to my front door. It tells me to turn around so I do. Standing in front of me is my handsome fiance. In his hands are two bouquets of red roses. "Hey, gorgeous! How was your day?" He walks up to me and kisses my cheek. I smile and open the door to my house. "Tiring. I went to the dressmaker today and got-WAIT! I can't tell you any details. It's beautiful though." I walk as I talk and put down my keys. I turn around and Whitney is right behind me. I lean in to kiss him. Then I feel sick and run to the bathroom. I throw up the dinner I had before I headed home. Whitney comes rushing in and holds my hair back while I try to collect myself. When I'm sure I won't throw up anymore I turn around. "Honey, do you think you could be pregnant?"
I shake my head. "That's impossible since we just recently became intimate. Plus, the meat I ate did taste funny. I am never going to Subway again." He brushes the hair off my forehead and smiles. "I love you." I smile and then frown. "Do you think this is all happening too fast? I mean we just met recently." He shakes his head. "No. I know this is going to sound crazy, but for me it was love at first sight with you." I smile again and happy tears roll down my face. I kiss him and he doesn't pull away from me even though I have horrible breath. The kiss becomes more heated and he picks me up off the ground. He carries me to my room and lays me down on the bed before getting on top of me. I lean up to kiss him and start unbuttoning his shirt. I freeze as I remember my gorgeous roses. "What is it?" I look him in the eyes. "My roses will die if they don't get water." He smirks and unbuttons my jeans. "I took care of them while you were barfing your brains out." I relax and kiss him again after he finishes speaking. I slide his shirt off after it's totally unbuttoned. Our tongues mold together as he unbuttons my shirt and slips it off my shoulders.
