Alek's POV:

I process what just came out of Chloe's mouth and suddenly I'm standing up. I start cussing and pacing around the room. "HENRY! HE WAS HERE! WHERE IS HE? HE COULD'VE BEEN HURT TRYING TO PROTECT ME!" As Chloe speaks about Henry I have a revelation that sends me flying over to Chloe. I can't control myself and I yank her off the ground. "HENRY PROBABLY KILLED YOU, CHLOE! WHY DID YOU LET HIM IN? I HAD THAT DOOR LOCKED FOR A REASON! I WANTED TO KEEP YOU IN HERE AND EVERYONE ELSE OUT!" I can't seem to keep the words or my temper contained. I become aware of sobbing and realize it's Chloe. My face turns into a mask of dread that I know Chloe understands. I just came to my senses, but it's too late. I notice how I'm holding Chloe and my grip softens. I start to speak, but Kai steps in. "Chloe, I'll take you to your bedroom. Come on." I feel Chloe pulling away from me and I don't even try to stop her. What right do I have to hold her in my arms again? I watch her walk to Kai and hug him. He grabs something on her back and pulls on it. He steps away from her and in his hand is a dart. I hear Chloe gasp and walk over to them. I see Chloe flinch at my proximity, but she doesn't move away. "This was in your back, Chloe." I watch Chloe take the weapon and turn it around in her hand. I watch as she suddenly takes it in both of her hands and breaks it like a twig. "The Order better watch out." She drops the two pieces of the dart. "We're gonna need our passports." I see her look at Kai and Jane. She heads towards Val's office. I follow her and just watch her from the door for a minute. She's so beautiful. I walk over to her and look over her shoulder. She doesn't flinch again and I smile as I study her research. "It looks like you're new life has made you a warrior." Chloe's smile brightens my day. "You have no idea." I see Bastet on the webpage and Chloe does some research on her and the prophecy. Nothing new comes up and she shuts down the computer.
