AN: Okay! So I own TNLOCK on iTunes so I have a reference when I need it! Remember Lilah and Nikki? Well, Lilah is coming back soon and she doesn't want friendship this time! I think it's important to say this one more time so I don't lose readers: I update on Fridays! However, I'm about to be out of college for the summer so hopefully I can update two or three times a week! Disclaimer applies!

Chloe's POV:

I leave Val's office and look for my passport. Where is it? Did my mom not give it to Amy? She must have it. I grab my phone, but Kai stops me. "Wait! You can't contact your mom with your phone, can you?" I raise an eyebrow at him and he continues. "I mean The Order has to keep tabs on that, right?" I think for a second and call Paul using Kai's phone. I tell him what's going on and he says he'll be over in five minutes. When he arrives we talk for a few minutes. I'm so glad he hasn't abandoned me because I'm not human. "Chloe, did you hear me?" I shake my head to clear my thoughts and look at Paul. "I'm sorry. I didn't hear you. What did you say?" He sighs and starts to talk again. "Your mom has a boyfriend!" I scream and jump up and down. "What?! Okay! Stay focused, Chloe! I need to use your phone, Paul." He slowly hands me his phone. "Were you just talking to yourself?" I ignore him and dial my mom's number. It rings for a long time and goes to voicemail. I immediately call her again. This time it doesn't go to voicemail. "H-hello?" I immediately start talking and here a gasp. "Mom? It's Chloe. I need my passport. I can't tell you why right now. The less you know the better. Paul tells me you have a BOYFRIEND!" I walk over to Paul and raise my eyebrows at him. "Ummm, yeah. I'll get you that. Have Amy run by here later." There's a pause and then my mom says something that shocks me to the core. "He's my fiance now. His name is Whitney." I stifle a laugh as the shock wears off. "His...name...is a GIRL name." I continue to fight the urge to laugh and finally get them under control. "Uh-huh! I'm going to go. I will see Amy soon, right?" I nod before realizing she can't see me. "Oh! Yeah! You will see her soon. I love you, mom." I can hear the smile in her voice. "I love you, too. Bye!" I smile and end the call. "I miss you already."

Alek's phone rings and he answers it. "Hey, Val! What's up? How's-WHAT?!" He looks at me with fear in his eyes and leaves the room. I use my mai hearing to try and listen to his conversation, but Kai stops me by picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder. "I know exactly what you're trying to do, Miss King! It won't work!" I laugh and try to make him put me down. This goes on for a few minutes and then Alek comes back into the room. Kai puts me down and turns his back to me. He's facing Alek and they look at each other for a second. Alek holds out his hand and Kai takes it. "Thank you for distracting her. I owe you big time." Kai shakes his hand. "No problem. Where's Jasmine and Luke?" Before Alek can answer I interrupt. "THAT'S IT! ONE OF YOU NEEDS TO TELL ME WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON RIGHT THIS SECOND!" Alek calmly looks over at me and smiles. "Shouldn't you and Paul be picking up Amy?" He looks over at Jane and smiles. "Jane, can you guard her?" I turn to Jane, but she doesn't look at me. She just nods at Alek and exchanges a look with Paul. Before I can scream or do anything they have my arms and are dragging me out of the penthouse. They drag me to the car and I don't put up a fight because I don't want to attract attention.
