Kayla's PoV:

I clutch my arms tighter against Damien's waist as he speeds out of the parking lot and down the highway. Aside from the bedroom, apparently, Damien has no regard for safety as he barrels down the highway with neither of us wearing helmets. The fear of crashing overpowers the excitement of finally being on my dream bike, as I feel each turn and curve bringing me closer and closer to my untimely death. I feel Damien's chest vibrate against me, clearly laughing at my fear, and if I wasn't as rational as I am, I would let go to smack him upside the head for judging my completely justified reaction to danger.

I lose track of each turn and curve as I silently pray to God above, confessing any past sins as I prepare for death, and mentally saying goodbye to Sebby and the rest of my friends on campus. Eventually, the bike slows, and I feel the chunk of metal under us pulling into a stop. I refuse to let go or open my eyes, fearing that the moment I do, some light will turn green and Damien will speed down the road with me falling off of the back head first.

"As much as I love that you can't get enough of my body, Little One, I think it's safe enough for you to let go and open your eyes," Damien teases me as I peek an eye open. We are comfortably parked in an open space of a parking lot, filled with cars and people walking towards a building. Letting go, I immediately smack him as he laughs at me, "What's wrong? I thought the little spit-fire that stood up against a toxic dominant would be down for a little danger with someone they trust."

"I trust you, doesn't mean I am fully prepared to risk my life just to feel the wind in my hair," He gets off of the bike as I respond, turning around after to offer his hand to me. I take it, and hop off of the bike, allowing myself a chance to actually look around, "Where did you take us, anyway?"

"You'll see. Hope you don't mind a little cold," rather than answering me, he turns around and leads us out of the parking lot and into the front entrance.

"Hi, welcome in! Waivers are over to the left for first-timers, and the registers are to the right before you head in. Have fun!" a greeter cheerfully says, as if it isn't her two hundredth time repeating that this week. I look at the back of Damien's head as he leads us to the left towards the waivers.

"I swear, if we are doing something that gets me killed, I will haunt your ass until you're old and wrinkly," I jab as he laughs at me.

"You have no sense of adventure, I swear."

"No, I am just a brat who can't stand not knowing shit."

"You seem to be standing just fine," Hmm... he does have a point, with that I look around to make sure I wouldn't be in the way of anyone else, and proceed to sit criss-cross-applesauce on the floor where I once was walking. Damien makes it to the computers where the waivers are before he notices me not following behind him. Turning around to find me, he looks down and just rolls his eyes, "Seriously, Little One?" I chuckle and remain sitting. "This is the game you want to play?" He asks while walking towards me. I bite my lip and hold his strong gaze, the evil glint in his eyes going straight to my core.

"Well, you said I was standing just fine, so now you stand corrected." Before I can continue, Damien bends down and nearly throws me over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. I scream from the sudden movements and he jokingly smacks my ass.

"You are such a handful already, Kayla James... What am I gonna do when you think you can hold that perky little ass against me as a weapon too?" I giggle and blush as he talks quietly, so we don't let the families around us hear. He laughs and sets me down in front of one of the computers and spins me to face it. "Now, you've got two choices, we can either be a big girl and sign some paperwork, or we can leave and skip this part of the date. Your choice."

I pout at the idea of losing time with Damien or not doing everything he planned for us to do today, but curiosity gets the best of me, "You won't even tell me what we are doing?"

"I'm fairly certain if you read the waiver you'll find out, but nope, you've gotta make a decision right now."

"Fine, but in the future, I hate surprises."

"Noted, now I know what'll bug you relentlessly," oh shit. I turn my attention back to the screen and begin aimlessly signing my life away to this waiver. I know Damien said that the waiver would tell me what we are doing, but reading that much paperwork honestly sounds like the most boring thing ever, "Done."

"Good, are you excited?"

"Uh, sure!" I look at him with a guilty smile.

"You didn't even read the forms did you?" I stand on my tippy toes and kiss his cheek.

"See? You already know me so well!" He rolls his eyes and gently grabs my hand, leading me over to the register, paying for two admissions.

"What size shoes?" The lady asks us at the register.

"Size 11 men's, and..." He looks at me, "Kayla?"

"Oh, uh, size 10 women's, please," Damien wraps his arms around me from behind and I look up, "No, 'Little One?' Are you mad at me for acting out?" I ask, concerned I already fucked this up. He pulls me tighter and then spins me around to gently grip my chin.

"Little One," he says in a hushed tone, "you are inherently a bratty submissive, I knew that full well before I even was interested in pursuing you. Never feel as if your methods of gaining my attention or affection are wrong, no matter what crazy bullshit Gregory had a chance to drill into your head. Now, the reason I chose to say Kayla is because we are in the public eye. Once we sign a contract I will be able to understand what you are comfortable in public with or not, however, for now, I am going under the assumption that what we share is for us and not for the public eye that chooses to not partake in our form or relationships."

I breathe out a sigh of relief as I go to respond, but am interrupted by the lady returning with items in her hands, "Here you go! Size 11 and 10! Stay safe out there!"

"Ice skates?!" I squeal excitedly as Damien laughs at me.

"Now you're catching on, come on, we don't want to miss any time on the ice." Before he gets a chance to lead me, I grab his hand and go running down the hall with my skates, dragging him along behind me, his laughter following us as we run down the hall to our first activity of the day.
