Somi POV
It was comeback season which means I have been extremely busy for the past few weeks. Everyday my new schedule is waking up early and going to the company so I could produce some new music. I didn't like this because it means I have to go to work, and I definitely prefer staying at home and doing nothing. I was extremely busy which means I have no time to go to any of Y/N's races or even have time to text him. I haven't talked to Y/N for a long time and I really do miss him.
Today it was no different, I went to the company to continue on my new song. My song was a whole mess since I don't really have the motivation to make new music, my mind was thinking about Y/N all the time which was good in one way because I could get inspiration on that for my lyrics, but on the other hand, I wasn't really focused on what I was doing with the tune, the choreography and the lyrics. There will be a choreography specialist coming in today to create the choreography for the tune that Teddy has created which means I will be doing a lot of dancing today and I was not looking forward to it one single bit.
Choreographer: Hello Teddy and Somi, I'm your choreographer Gloria Kim.
Teddy: Hi, nice to meet you. The tune is ready we just need the choreography and lyrics aren't ready just yet.
Gloria Kim: Sure, I'll have a listen and see what I can do.
The choreographer started to listen to the tune that Teddy created and started to dance around. I don't like dance practice, it's too much effort and always too tiring. I especially didn't like it when the choreographer started coming up with these difficult dance moves. Once she was done she told me to try out the dance with her.
Gloria Kim: Right I think that should work, why don't you try it out and I could teach you the moves.
I wasn't really in the mood for dancing right now because I was really tired. Especially not talking to Y/N for a while made me feel a little bit down and I was not as enthusiastic as I was when I made my debut. I wasn't putting so much effort into the dancing which was annoying the choreographer.
Gloria Kim: No no no, Somi you are doing it all wrong. You need more enthusiasm. Here, watch me do it.
Teddy: I don't know what's going on with her lately. She's been down.
Gloria Kim: I'll come back tomorrow.
Teddy: Sure, was nice having you around. I'll talk to her and see what's happening.
As the choreographer left, me and Teddy decided to work on the lyrics for a bit. It was always very difficult when working on the lyrics, but at least I find it more enjoyable than practicing the dance. I decided to use my situation with Y/N as an inspiration for this song, after all this was the only motivation that could get me to actually put some effort into the song. I mean this wasn't that bad, a song dedicated to Y/N, it's got back story to it so people would definitely like it. I started writing following the tune as I was in the zone I ended up writing the whole chorus of the song.

This song was perfect, it was about how Y/N was a dumb dumb when it comes to confessing his feelings for me. I was extremely proud of my work. After a hard day at work, I was ready to go back home and sit back, relax so I could go back to do absolutely nothing. However, as I was leaving Teddy stopped me and told me he wanted to chat. Ugh, overtime, I hate this. I wonder what he wants? I followed him into his office hoping to get this talk done as soon as possible.
Somi: What's up Teddy? I'm so tired.
Teddy: Somi, I just wanted to talk to you about your attitude at work.
Somi: What's wrong with my attitude?
Teddy: Well you are not like yourself. You are putting in good work for your lyrics, I've just read it but your attitude. Where's the enthusiastic Somi who wants to make songs and loves dancing.
Somi: I honestly don't know too, I'm struggling to find this job fun you know.
Teddy: If you have problems, you could have just told me. Is it about Y/N?
Somi: How did you know?
Teddy: I noticed how you look at him and how you acted differently ever since he joined the company. So I sort of guessed you have a crush on him
Somi: It's complicated. It was going well but he hasn't been talking to me lately and I don't have time to find him as well with this comeback.
Teddy: You know, it's the Canadian Grand Prix soon, so you should go to the race and surprise him.
Somi: Really? What about the comeback?
Teddy: We'll push it back then.
Somi: Thanks Teddy.
I immediately felt very happy knowing that my comeback will be pushed back because I was under so much pressure and this little break to the Canadian Grand Prix would allow me to find myself and most importantly find Y/N. With that, I sorted the VIP details with Aston Martin Formula 1 Team which wasn't difficult because my company THE BLACKLABEL is the title sponsor of Aston Martin Formula 1 team so I would receive VIP treatment and hospitality when I arrive at the paddock. I am very excited that I will be heading to one of Y/N's races since the last race we head to was the Daytona 24 hours. I was going to tell Y/N about me going to the Canadian Grand Prix, but I thought better of it and decided to give him a big surprise. This little trip to Montreal is going to be fun.
