These last years have been stages of mental and physical growth, I have found versions in me that I had not experienced before or that I did not expect to find. I have done many tours around my city with different people who have given me thoughts in different ways, even toxic ones. When I travelled to London, arriving home, I felt that I had changed during the journey, appreciating the details of a city totally different from my own. In love, I have felt intensely but at the same time focusing on those moments of happiness that we all need: self-love. I have found homes in people who are not now part of my life, and I have hugged people who now intensely caress my soul.

The change I have experienced has been based on forgiving all the negative things that have hurt me and living with them, as if it's something I've already been through and I'm not going to go through again. There are many negative experiences that make us think too much and not appreciate what is in front of us. Therefore, I felt the motivation to create a book to inspire the world, to fill empty hearts and to erase all the negative things that any reader has in mind right now.
