First of all, I would like to thank those people who have been supporting me from the very beginning to write this book on a currently taboo subject. It is truly a pleasure to be able to express my feelings and emotions through experience, and therefore to inspire the world so that you can resolve the doubts about any emotional imbalance on which you depend.

Secondly, thanks to Corey Dixon, who has been able to empower my motivation to write such an important book for society. It is wonderful to be able to connect with someone you admire and the positive impact it has had on my life. From this, thanks to meditation practices, I have been able to discover another world that is totally healthy and takes care of me mentally. I am grateful for those little things in life where you feel like yourself without giving importance to the negative.
