Uh, last time you saw him was....hold on I gotta check...part 63 of my last art book! Which was, funnily enough, titled the exact same thing
You can tell I'm extremely original
Anyway, uh, he's Kenji now...undergone several changes...probably never going to get anywhere with his story but we're trying
Anywho, here he is:

The shading under his nose disappeared but I'm too lazy to go back in and redo it
It would take like 60 seconds but oh well
Anyway cue me making a color scheme for this one, and I'm actually going to talk about it cuz I found it really cool
So basically, I figured I wanted colors between a bright turquoise and a magenta sort of color. So I took my turquoise, laid a swatch down to the side and did the same for the magenta, and then I just filled in like three or four more colors in between those. These were all the same saturation and lightness—actually THE most saturated I could get
Then I took them, and I set my skin tone off to the side as well. Then I just color-picked the ones I had laid down and messed with the values (dark or light) and saturation until they looked like other colors, keeping some brighter and more saturated than others, and because the brightest versions of the colors already worked together, I had a nice little color scheme to work with
Then after I filled in my flats, I took the only bright color I hadn't been able to fit into my scheme well, lightened it a bit, and used that to shade. Then I color picked my bright original colors and used those for lighting
(Also I gradiented some of the shadows with an eraser which was fun)
In case any of you are curious: the hair's magenta and the gloves are blue. The pants are also blue, just darker

Also also, I apologize for the lack of fun icy effects, I wanted his gloves on. They don't actually stop his powers in any way shape or form, but you know...still
