Instead let's talk about how I nearly punched a wall trying to draw this man's face
That is a joke I didn't almost punch a wall but by god THAT ANGLE STILL ISN'T CORRECT DID YOU KNOW THAT, FACES DON'T FREAKING WORK THAT WAY BUT IF I HAD A NICKEL FOR EVERY SECOND OF FRUSTRATION I SPENT TRYING TO DRAW A BASIC FACE I COULD BUY ELON MUSK
And the sucky part is it doesn't actually look like him, like they even described his face to me and I was like "ahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha funny story—"
His eyes are supposed to be more upturned than that but IDK HOW TO DRAW EYES GUY IDK IF YOU'VE NOTICED THIS ABOUT ME YET BUT I HATE DRAWING EYES, THEY'RE THE WORST AND THEY NEVER FIT AND THEY MAKE ME WANT TO MELT INTO A PUDDLE IN MY CHAIR

Anyway coloring him was the only fun part, I really enjoy coloring swords at the moment...also found a texture brush and didn't make a huge mess with it are you proud
ALSO ALSO I WORKED A LOT IN THE GREENS AND YELLOWS WHICH I NEVER DO YOU'D BETTER BE PROUD OF ME FOR THAT
I actually really like the color scheme on this one it looks cool
I literally have a Japanese-based main character I really need to learn how to draw some slanted eyes YES I'M STILL ON THAT IT'S ANNOYING ME
Ummmmmm I used my textured lineart brush again and okay my lineart this time around was really freaking good you can't really tell with the colors and everything but MM it was yummy
Anywho I think that's it, um...this took 5 hours and at least half an hour was spent trying to get his face shape correct and FAILING but it's fine it's fine I'm fine
I should've made the lineart on his hair darker...
