The most perfect girl in the world kissed my cheek!
I of course played it cool, a kiss on the cheek could mean anything! It didn't have to mean she liked me... did it?
Although I hoped it did.
The next morning I got up and went to the usual spot where we met up at.
When I got there Julia was already there.
"Hey Benny..."
"Hey, Something wrong?"
She sighed.
"Do you know about Kay's girlfriend?"
I raised my eyebrows.
"No?"
"Well y/n was talking about it and I was just...I don't know..."
"I didn't even know Kay had a girlfriend."
"But your so close with him!"
"Yea, weird isn't it?"
"Yea... I get not wanting to tell me Im just some nobody to him..."
"Hey your not just nobody, your his friend."
She sighed again and looked at the ground.
Did she like Kay? This was the worst thing. That could've possibly happened! She couldn't like him! She couldn't like him because y/n...well at least I think y/n likes me...
"Come on yeah yeah hurry up" I heard Kay say.
Although I know she was Kay nobody else did, so when she was a boy I treated her like one... I had to say, she was a pretty good actor.
"No no! If I keep going Benny's gunna make me run in this! I can barely walk!"
"Yeah yeah it's not that bad!"
"Yeah yeah it is! It's worse then yesterday and I can feel myself melting away!"
"Your over-exaggerating yeah yeah."
"No no I'm not!"
They turned the corner and I saw yeah yeah and Kay already lined with swear on their face.
How could they be so hot?
It was only 98 today!
I mean yea I know it's kinda warm but it was still better then yesterday!
Soon after yeah yeah and Kay got there so did everyone else.
"Come on guys! You can't just sit there forever!"
"Benny man it's literally 104 degrees! We played this morning and we were already dying!"
"Yeah yeah Benny! Come on don't make us play!"
I sighed.
I looked at Kay.
He gave me a blank stare that totally helped me figure out what to do.
"Fine, what do you guys wanna do instead?"
Julie smiled.
"I've got an idea."
Everyone looked at her.
"Well?" Squints hit her arm with the back of his hand.
"Well my parents aren't home...and we could do whatever we want..."
Everyone smiled.
"Whatever we want?" Ham asked again.
"Well, some rules but yea basically."
