I stayed on the swing even when she left.

I didn't know why my head spun quickly as she and I talked. I also feel drums inside my chest.

It was still there, even after she and I talked. Even after she left.

I got scared, so I ran to my mom.

"Yes, sweetie?"

"What does a heart attack feel?"

Mom blinked at me, kneeling down so I could see her eyes. "Why do ask, baby?"

"I think I'm having one," I convinced her. "My head spins and there's drumming on my chest."

Like my answer was the only answer she needed. My mom laughs and nods, as if she gets it right away.

She always figure things out faster than I do.

"I think you're just nervous, sweetie. I saw you and our neighbor talking through the fence from the kitchen. Isn't she pretty?"

I frown. "Did it have anything to do with the spinning and drumming?"

"Maybe, or not."

"I don't understand."

"Of course, you don't, Momo. You're only five."

Sometimes, I don't get my mom.

"I think her teeth looked different," I answered, anyway. Mom smiles at me wider, probably because of what I said. "Her teeth makes her pretty."

Mom only giggles before scooping me up in her arms.

"Okay, then. Maybe it did have something to do with the spinning and the drumming."

"But how?"

Mom hums, kissing me on the cheek. "You'll figure out soon, baby. Perhaps, you could even figure it out together with Nayeon."

I frown again. "Nayeon?"

Mom smiled. "Her name. The neighbor."

"How do you know?"

"Because, I met her mom just a few hours ago, too," she explains as she opens the door of my room. She puts me down before digging through my closet for a sweater and a pair of jumper pants. "She invited us to dinner with them tonight."
