"No way you should kiss him!" I found myself yelling at Nayeon, "Boys have cooties!"

We were in her room again, watching The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Movie. It was Nayeon's favorite.

She told me about what Chaeyoung had said to her yesterday, and asked if she should kiss that boy, too, if he ever actually tried kissing her.

Of couse I thought it was a bad idea.

"No, they don't. Where'd you even get that?" She asks.

My frown deepen at her question.

"I can't believe you'd choose to think that instead of just listening to your own best friend."

I didn't think I said anything funny, but Nayeon seemed to think otherwise, because she started laughing.

"Fine. So I just don't kiss a boy?"

I nodded.

"Any of them?"

I nodded again.

Nayeon pouts. "From whom am I supposed to get my first kiss, then?"

I froze, thinking about it. She's right.

If she don't ever kiss a boy, she won't be able to kiss anyone at all.

But, what about me? I never even once thought of kissing a boy, yet I never worried about not getting my first kiss, either.

Is it because I also consider getting it from a girl?

I swallowed hard, blinking several times.

I think it caught Nayeon's attention, because she reached out to flick my forehead.

"Hey," she giggles. "You're blinking too fast again, Moguri."

I wondered why she didn't get annoyed at that this time.

And then, it happened. It just did. I didn't know how, I didn't know why. I just suddenly found myself blurting out;

"You can get it from me?"

I wasn't sure why Nayeon didn't seem to faze at my suggestion, like she'd somehow thought of the idea, herself.

She didn't even blink in surprise.

Instead, she just smiled wider, "Okay," and then, leans in to press her lips on mine.

It only took one millisecond, a quick peck, but I still had a hard time finding the right words to say after.

The drumming inside my chest was even worse this time, too.
