Leyland Adventures Chapter Thirteen: Part Fourteen
"Aquiline!" His blaring voice echoed into the silence, patiently awaiting for any response.
Putting her current activity on hold, she went to meet him.
"I know you got the shard from Malodan. For your next challenge, you'll be facing the enormous jellyfish known as Phospozoa. Her luminous body makes her both beautiful and visible during the night. She switches her location periodically, but she's normally found near Malodans. Head to Swealie Sea at night and try to find her, her glowing light will make that easy. To get her shard, you have to take it from the bubble she's holding. Dodge her tentacles as they flow freely while she isn't active. Phospozoa won't make an effort to fight you unless she senses you, so try not to alert her. Dismissed."
Just as Tysashi opened his mouth, Aquiline sent him out her area. Seeing how quickly she spoke, he rapidly came to the conclusion she was busy. Instead of questioning it, he knew what had to be done.

"I don't know, Tysashi. After what happened with that Shallow today, I'm not sure I can send anyone out. We might have to close down the docks until we find a permanent solution to the Shallow problem. Even with Phospozoa's ability to ward off Shallows, we're still running the risk of encountering one."
"Mr. Dell, I know you're looking out for me, but I really do need this. Plus, it'd be better to get this over with tonight before the Shallows become a frequent problem. I know you have some equipment to protect us, right?"
He took a long pause, exhaling a breath of doubt and uncertainty. "I do, fortunately. Listen to me well Tysashi, the ability for a Shallow to turn invisible is ruined by powerful light sources like moonlight. While this means they can't jump out from the water and attack, they can attack from underneath. As convenient as it seems, I own a boat for this purpose. I would love to take you, but I'm concerned for your safety."
"I appreciate it dearly, but I saved Livia from one of those things. If one does attack us, I'll do my best to take care of it if the equipment doesn't work. You can count on it."
He took a long stare into Tysashi's eyes, sensing his promise to fight back against whatever approaches them during the trip. The middle-aged man could feel his unbounded confidence radiating like sunlight, and just like sunlight, it felt nourishing. With that, he agreed to take him out, even offering the teen scuba gear upon his arrival. After thanking him, Tysashi found himself in a predicament. He would either return to the castle or stay around the area to wait for the night to take over. He analyzed the situation, a walk from the castle and back to Kanpoi's Edge would be exhausting.
However, a sudden thought about Aradressa shot into his mind. He left without telling her again, and he's been out all day. He also picked up on the fact he and Aradressa hadn't been in proper contact as of late.
"Maybe I should spend the rest my day with her, she's probably getting pretty annoyed with my failures to tell her where I'm going. I mean, she was incredibly anxious when I went searching for Malodan. We don't really speak much because I'm so focused on getting the gemstones and she's working on one of them. Ugh, I can only imagine how distant she thinks I'm being. I'll make it up today, by spending some time with her. I only have one shard left after this, so it's not a bad idea."
With his mind set, he prepared himself for the grueling march to the castle, praying Aradressa would want to spend time with him.
