Leyland Adventures Chapter Thirteen: Part Eighteen
"So what can I do to blow off some time?" Tysashi asked himself, walking down the Kula Outlet.
He stared upwards towards the sky populated with clouds in various shapes and sizes. Sunlight beamed through, gently warming the surface.
"Hey, Tysashi!" A sudden voice called.
He took his attention from the sky to his recognizable opponent, Hammer Hawk. A crowd began circling around them as he prepared a speech.
"You defeated Hammer Hawk in the arena, and since that day, Hammer Hawk has been looking for ways to increase Hammer Hawk's power! Hammer Hawk was going to build a set training regime, but why work when you can abuse the weaknesses of your opponent?! That's precisely what Hammer Hawk has done, and with this powerful knowledge, Hammer Hawk will defeat you and rise to the ranks again!" He announced proudly, posing for the crowd.
"You...know my weaknesses? I'm curious on how you got such information. Also, I wasn't trying to derank you, I just needed the gemstone. I'm not too keen on fighting you so suddenly, not at my best, at least. Maybe we could reschedule in a more open area?" He asked, hoping his foe would have open ears for his words.
"No way, this needs to be done, now! Since you won't fight Hammer Hawk at your fullest potential, Hammer Hawk will just take advantage of your weaknesses for a win! Take a look at these!"
With a vigorous shout, he chucked a handful of peppermints at him with the intention of dazing him. He stared down at his favorite candy, quite confused. The observant horde of fairies stood idly for Tysashi's reaction.
"Oh, peppermints. Umm, thanks." He said, putting them in his pocket.
"What, that's not supposed to happen! Aren't these things your weakness?!"
"Weakness, no. Favored candy, yes." He responded.
With a growl, he waved a flower across Tysashi's nose. The audience stood confused, more dumbfounded than Hammer Hawk himself.
"Umm, well the flower does smell nice. Thanks."
"I don't understand, why isn't this working?! Aradressa told me peppermints and flowers were your weaknesses."
"Huh? Looks like she told some of my favorite things to fool you into giving me stuff, thanks by the way."
"Wha? How could the princess lie to a muscular superstar like Hammer Hawk?" He rhetorically asked, performing a variety of poses.
"I can think of a few reasons, no offense. So, are you going through with your training regime?"
"You know what; Hammer Hawk will! None of this even hurts Hammer Hawk! So what if Hammer Hawk got played like a fiddle, it just means there's a better way to victory!"
"Right! Just work on your problem areas, and you'll see some incredible results." He advised in a lively tone, smiling softly.
"Just you wait, Hammer Hawk will come back stronger than ever! Hammer Hawk 2.0!"
With that being said, he escaped into the unlimited freedom within the sky to begin training. The overwhelming group of fairies swarmed him with questions; mainly about if he was going to fight.
"I guess I have no choice but to fight him, if it means that much to him. I don't want to, but if it'll make him somewhat satisfied, I'll do it. Please no further questions, I'm in need of a meal."

"So Livia, how much money did you make from your tips?" Susana asked, moving her lipstick across her plump lips as she admired herself in the mirror.
"Umm, $16.87 in total." She replied, quite proud of her achievement.
Despite this, her superior workmate cackled at her total. She placed her makeup equipment down only to hold her stomach with closed eyes, gradually regaining the ability to stand properly.
Livia observed her childish outburst of laughter, slightly regretting being paired with Susana.
"$16.87?! I make more than that without doing my hair! Seriously Livia, you gotta step your game up. I've already taught you my techniques, do I have to remind you again?"
"Well excuse me, princess! It's not like I have as much experience as you do in this field!" She yelled, balling her fists as she grew closer to her. She could feel her face light up, yet she cooled herself.
"Who cares about experience? Men are simple beings, and that's a good thing. A pretty face, firm body, and a sparkling personality is what gets em. And if that doesn't work, food definitely will."
"You make everything sound and look easy...way too easy."
"That's me!" She cheered. "Ok then, we gotta get back out there, let's go!"
Exiting the bathroom, the two saw Tysashi walk in. Overjoyed, Susana wove her narrow body around occupied tables to fondle him.
"Tysashi!" She sang, excited to know his intentions.
"Hey, Susana. Hey, Livia. Can I get a table?"
"Of course you can!" Wasting no time, she immediately directed him to a table, sitting down with him.
"Now then, my lovely partner Livia would be glad to take your order." She smiled, winking at Livia.
With an annoyed sigh, she did as Susana asked. With more costumers to satisfy, she failed to get the chance to catch up with him.
"Thanks Livia, your efforts are appreciated! So I hear you saved Livia from a Shallow and got the shard from Malodan; that's amazing! You're so close to forming the Aqua Gemstone."
"Yeah, that's right. I still have to take care of Phospozoa and whatever else is next. How's Livia doing?"
"She's doing just fine, a little rough around the edges, but fine. Right now, we're going over her strategies on getting tipped like me. Don't tell her but she's got so much to learn."
"I see, well as long as she's improving."
Eventually, his food arrived, pleasantly warm and inviting to the mouth. As he ate, Susana kept one eye on him and the other on Livia.
"Hey Tysashi, are you doing anything tonight?" She asked, locking her gleaming eyes onto his.
"Yeah, sorry. I'm fighting Phospozoa, and I'll be going for the last shard tomorrow. But hey, you can spend the night with Livia. Build your friendship and such."
She held her hands to her cheeks, stating how she already spends enough time with Livia on their shifts. However, she didn't have much of a choice, ultimately going with his suggestion.
"I'll see if she wants to go to John's place with me, I wonder if she's been there before."
"If she hasn't, I hope you'll convince her to like it. Please don't get wasted on soda like last time." He hoped, looking at her with overlapping concern.
"Ah, don't worry. I'll only have a few shots; I know my limits. And if I do get wasted, Livia will take care of me."
Tysashi sighed with a sense of dread, fearing the worst out of Susana's habits. "Well, I'm done here. Please give this to Livia or split it with her." He paid for his meal and stood from his seat.
Susana took the money and waved goodbye, requiring him to promise to remember the two had plans. He vowed to keep it in mind, taking his leave and heading to the castle.
