"mmpgh- ow." 1-S complained, wriggling around as Gaster pressed the patch over his right eye, Turning away once he finished. "There, now leave it on this time." Gaster told him sternly. "Why, it's not like it can get more broken." 1-S shot back, stabbing daggers at Gaster's back as Gaster picked up a clipboard and scribbling some words on it. "There's very little room for error with you when it comes to your health." Gaster told him, "Leave it on." There was a pause, the silence broken only by the ruffling of pages on the clipboard as Gaster checked through notes. Finally, 1-S spoke. "...Why am I like this?" he asked. "Be more specific." Gaster said, not looking up from his notes. "Why am I so..." 1-S paused looking down at himself. "Small?" he asked finally. Gaster paused, deep in thought at this question, fingers stroking his chin. Then, unclipping a spare piece of paper from the clipboard, Gaster turned and gave it to 1-S. "...Here. Rip this piece of paper exactly in half" He instructed. 1-S stared at him confused. "Quickly, don't think about it." Gaster said. 1-S complied, tearing off the corner in an uneven, jagged line. "You see?" Gaster asked. "One piece is bigger. That is the nature of ripping things into pieces. You cannot expect precision." 1-S stared at the paper in his hands, concern edging his gaze. "Come on, 2-P is waiting." Gaster said, ushering 1-S off the bed and out of the room.
