"I asked to get ice cream together, not asking you to pay for it." jungwon explained. "oh, if that's the case, thanks!" yena smiled.
"Is she your girlfriend, young boy?" the cashier aunty asked. jungwon glanced at yena who was already looking at him, waiting for his response.
"yes, she is." jungwon pulled her closer to him. "young lady, you sure got a good taste in men." the aunty complimented while yena shyly thanked her.
"here, have your ice creams. please do come by the next time! young boy, better cherish your relationship together!" the aunty cheered. "thanks." he muttered.
"I love you too." jungwon whispered into yena's ear while an uncontrollable smile appeared on her face while she checked off the number 7 on her list.

"yena... yena...yena..." jungwon softly called out as his eye flickered opened into reality.
"jungwon, you're up." his mother rushed over.
"did you eat something wrong?" she asked as she helped him up from bed.
"what happened?" jungwon's voice croaked as the pain in his head remained.
"have some water first while i explain." his mother handed him a cup of water.
"yesterday night, when you came home, your entire hand was filled with blood and you couldn't stop coughing. and when i came up to ask what happened to you, you suddenly fainted. i think as a mom, i sure do deserve an explanation for this." his mother said sternly.
his mother was overall a very nice and comforting person but, when it comes to jungwon getting injured, the stern side of her comes out.
"mum, i'm not sure..." jungwon stuttered as he wondered why did he dreamt of yena again.
his head was just filled with questions that he couldn't answer at all. firstly, why did he suddenly started to cough out blood? secondly, why did he faint? thirdly, why did he dream of yena? fourthly, why did he kept on thinking about yena? fifthly....
