It was already the afternoon, jungwon was helping his mother with the dishes that jay, niki, soohee and sunghoon used during lunch just now.
they all caught up with each other. it seems like soohee and sunghoon were still not married. weird, huh? niki and jay both had found themselves a soulmate already.
it looks like everyone has found the other half of their life.
jangmi wanted to help but, jungwon wanted her to rest so, right now she was in jungwon's room rethinking about whatever jungwon asked her yesterday.

"jungwon..." she paused for a really long time.
he then assumed that it was most probably a 'no' from her as she looked like she was hesitating to reply him.
"seems like it's a no... haha..." he thought.
hence, he just plastered a fake smile and said, "actually, just ignore that question of mine. you are right in a way, it's better to not take another risk."
initially, jungwon's heart sank a lot. he loved jangmi more than anything, it was quite painful to get rejected.
"maybe i have to do better at showing love towards her, i really do need to improve." he thought while he looked down at the ground once more before he got up and teleported away.
"jungwon..." jangmi called out but, jungwon was already out of sight.
she really did not know how to respond to him. she sure can swear to everyone, even the gods that she loved jungwon unconditionally.
but, she did not respond to him because of that thought that suddenly appeared in her mind before she wanted to agree to him...
"what if he kills you by accident?" that small thought flashed through her mind.
technically, it was somewhat right. the risk of him killing her was high too. what if he was not able to release his fangs from her neck in time? after all, jungwon became way stronger.
