summary: everything remained the same excluding the fact that minha somehow dropped out of school. but, it was better for everyone. the weirdest thing that happened was that her soulmate mark disappeared. but, yena just assumed that it should be also because of jungwon's vampire training. her father finally got arrested by the police and was charged with a death penalty that he always deserved since he has been abusing minors and he murdered two out of twenty of them.

as soon as the clock struck twelve, yena immediately dashed to jay's room, banging on the door with all her might. every bang of hers was filled with excitement.
"JAY! CAN I GET TO SEE JUNGWON RIGHT NOW? IS HE GOING TO COME BACK? DID HE TELL YOU ANYTHING?"
"woah, woah, woah! never seen you so excited for so long, doesn't feel like it's you. am I seeing the correct yena right now?" jay joked.
"YES, YOU ARE! QUICKLY TELL ME, DID JUNGWON TELL YOU ANYTHING?" yena exclaimed.
"nah, remember that he forgets all his memories? but don't worry, I heard from the king that he's attending school today like on the first of December!" jay replied.
