jungwon gave back her a reassuring nod and looked at jangmi, awaiting for her greeting.
"jangmi, greet!" her mother hissed but, jangmi pouted as she shook her head.
"jangmi..." her mother warned.
"good evening, mr yang." jangmi rolled her eyes.
"good evening, just address me as jungwon."
"how could we do so? after all, you are the vampire prince. we all do have to show you respect." her mother said.
"it's alright." jungwon said back.
"he will be your tutor starting from tomorrow. he will come over to our house daily so, you can improve your english to the maximum." jangmi's mother said.
"DAILY? MUM-"
"i need to go rush for my netting already. do have some tea with jungwon and be polite to him." her mother reminded and walked away without listening to jangmi.
"what the fuck are you doing here? oh my god- are you a stalker?" jangmi scoffed and clicked her tongue.
"to teach you, of course. i saw on your school records that you weren't doing well for english. so, i'm being a kind soul and i'm going to hell you out." jungwon smiled.
"YOU CHECKED MY SCHOOL RECORDS? HOW DID YOU-"
"i have my ways." he cut her off.
"are you even qualified to be a tutor?"
"i graduated from your university. i was the one who broke the school's record as the highest scorer. i'm sure there's a lot of teachers who still talk about me." jungwon replied with confidence.
jangmi recalled that on her school's notice board where the school engraves the smartest student every year, jungwon's name was still at the top of it.
