Ivy had gotten a text from her mum telling her the meet her for lunch at some cafe she found. She got sent the address and Ivy realised it was on the cut. She didn't know the cut had Cafes or any good food places.

She left Sarah's alone, Monica stayed at the Cameron's she told Ivy "I've found my soulmate"
So Ivy left her there, not sure how's she get was going to herself home but she'd figure it out worst comes to worst she gets kidnapped and Ivy becomes an only child.

Oh, she wished sometimes.

Ivy had to borrow Sarah's Bike to ride to the cut, she felt bad but Sarah didn't seem to mind.
Riding there she had a lot to think about.
One being Sarah had kissed John B. That blew Ivy's mind a little because she swears they were fighting two days ago. Plus the Whole Kook vs Pogue thing. Weren't they worried about what others would think? Would John B even tell the Pogues?

Then the whole JJ pep talk. Sarah really gave it to Ivy and she was right, about all of it but something was holding Ivy back, she didn't even know what it was. This is how she put it. JJ and herself were attached by a string, However, it got cut and split into two. Now they are trying to tie it back together but Ivy isn't trying to tie it, and neither is JJ. So the two are just standing there with this peace of dead fucking string 

That's the best way she could explain it to herself. It didn't really make sense but neither did the whole situation.

Ivy's thoughts washed away from JJ when she realised she was in front of the Police station. The police in OBX could never do their job right, just a bunch of sellouts that would do anything for money. Kinda like prostitution but with guns.

Ivy looked into the police station as she rode past and recognised two familiar heads of hair. JJ and his dad, Luke.

So much for washing her thoughts of JJ away.

The two began to turn around
"Shit" she muttered to herself, she pedalled around the side of the station so they wouldn't see her.

JJ was walking with his head down and a little bit further behind his dad. Luke looked hella mad and high. very very high. Ivy remembered that Luke had started doing drugs just before she left. clearly, he hadn't stopped, mans looked like shit.

Ivy couldn't hear what the two were saying but it couldn't have been good considering JJ had just walked out of the Police station. Luke pointed to the car door, Ivy assumed that he told JJ to get it.

JJ hesitated for a second though. Was he scared or something? Then Ivy remembered. His dad hit him sometimes. That had been happening for a while though. When JJ's mum left Luke had begun to use his son as a personal punching bag. Ivy didn't know what joy the sicko got out of punching his own son and it hurt her knowing he could possibly still be hurting him. No one should ever have to go through that.

Ivy told herself to grow some balls and call out to him but it was too late he opened the car door and got into the car.

"Fuck" She mumbled. Should she follow him home? make sure he's okay? Is that creepy? Would he even want to see her? Probably not.

She should just mind her business go on about her day,meet her mum and go home. She couldn't though.

The car still hadn't moved from its parking spot and Ivy was getting worried. Then the car shook to the side a little. The girl dropped her bike and put a hand over her mouth. What should she do?

"Fuck Ivy think of something use your brain." The car was still rocking, even more aggressive now. she go to the cops they were right here, but did JJ want that?
