The Ivy awoke the next morning with a severe headache and a sore throat as a consequence of the events of the previous evening. She was so exhausted that her eyes felt as though they were carrying heavy weights.

Ivy ended up staying at Sarah's house to make things a little easier for herself. Ivy was sure that last night had been a dream till the next morning. She really wanted to believe it wasn't true, watching JJ go completely insane didn't seem real to her. The reason he did what he did was understandable to her; JJ had always been protective, but this was extreme, nearly shooting Topper. It was completely out of line.

Although it took Ivy a little time to get out of bed, the moment she did, she decided that it would be best if she went for a shower first. She took some clothing that Sarah had given her and proceeded to the bathroom, which Sarah had informed her was nearby. She had been told to go down the corridor and to the left, so when she arrived at a door, she assumed this was it. A powerful cologne smell struck Ivy in the face as soon as she opened the door, and she believes she felt her head spin as a result. A whole wall of the room was covered in a collage of photographs featuring motorcycles, sunsets, and a stop sign, among other things. There was a bed in the middle of the room with two nightstands on each side of it, one a hat and a few (unopened) books on it. This was most certainly not the bathroom.

"I don't believe you have permission to be in here." A voice murmured to Ivy from behind her, causing her to flinch just a little bit. After turning back, she saw a tall blonde kid with blue eyes who was leaning on the door frame, dressed in a polo shirt and denim shorts. He glanced at her from head to toe, then smirked discreetly to himself. "Nothing to do with you, you're more than welcome to stay"

oh god.

"Yes, look likes I'm in the wrong room, and it appears that Sarah gave me the wrong directions," Ivy muttered to the boy anxiously, swerving around him as she exited through the doorway. "I believe I am supposed to be in this," Ivy said as she opened the door to what she hoped was the bathroom. Ivy turned the knob to the door and it was, happily the correct room. "this room, yeah,"

Then, with a sigh and a roll of his eyes, he continued, "Of course Sarah gave you the wrong directions, she can't do anything properly." This guy was making a bad first impression with his negative attitude. He reminded Ivy a little of what Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter might be like in real life if he were to exist. The slicked-back hair and arrogate demeanor added to the whole effect. "yes, well, it was nice to talk to you-"

"Rafe." He said as he smirked at her again.

"Yes, it's a pleasure to meet you, Rafe. I'm sure I'll see you around, but for the time being, I've got things to do, so... bye." And with that, Ivy shut the door behind her. After that, Ivy locked it for added safety. Now, she wasn't not going to lie to herself and say that he wasn't attractive, but he ruined the encounter by being creepy and making her feel uncomfortable. Ivy hoped she wouldn't have many encounters with Rafe.

Ivy had a quick shower and dried her hair, she went to open the door and Sarah was standing there.

"Hi, we are gonna eat lunch wanna join?" Sarah said while flashing Ivy with an innocent grin.

"Sure," Ivy replied, her expression deadpan; after all, there was no sense in being nasty when there was free food. The two of them made their way to the outdoor eating area, where they joined the rest of Sarah's family, with the exception of Rafe.

"How's it going, Ivy? What's it like being back?" Ward Cameron was the one who inquired as he bit into a bit of chicken,

"Well, it's been a very fascinating couple of days, I suppose; a lot has happened already"
