Epilogue:

-NATHANS POV-

I took her hand in mine as she held the blanket and I held the picnic basket. We walked back to our flat and jumped into the shower. Once she got out, I went in.

I finished drying myself and walked out into our room with a towel around my waist to her standing in the mirror.

"I'm losing my hair, Nath." She hadn't tooken chemotherapy, or any therapy, so why would her hair fall out?

I pull on same sweats and walked over to her.

"Love, you look gorgeous either way."

I took her hand and kissed the back of it. She smiled down at me and I smiled back. Dragging her arm behind me, I pulled her onto the bed and she burried her head on my chest.

She had a hand lazily wrapped around my waist, and the other under her head. Closing her eyes, she drifted off into sleep, but I couldn't seem to do the same.

What if in the morning, she wasn't gonna wake up?

What if, she did wake up, but all of this is gonna drive her mad?

I massaged my eye lids and tried to get rid of the thoughts. She's going to be okay Nath, she's going to be fine.

I kissed her forehead and pulled her even close to me, if that was possible.   I closed my eyes and somehow, fell into a deep sleep.

  -NO ONES POV-

Jay banged on the door to Ori and Nathan's flat, but no one seemed to open up. Both of their cars had been parked out front, and it was mid-afternoon, by now.

For sure, they should be awake. After a few minutes, he tried calling their cells, nothing either.   He called Siva and asked if Siva knew where they were, but he didn't. Jay began to worry, but quickly remembered that they had kept a key under the plant next to their door.

"I gotta go." He said into his phone, before lifting up the plant and removing the key.   He opened the door, and the flat was empty.

The living room, and kitchen were spotless, and humanless. He trailed across the hallway and looked into the guest bathroom, which was also empty.   He muttered under his breath several cursewords, his worry beginning to rise.

He walked down the hallway and finally reached their room. He opened the door, to find the two sleeping in each others arms. He let out a sigh of relief and went over to shake Nathan awake.

"Mate, its 4 in the bloody afternoon! Why are you still sleeping?!?"

But there was one problem, he wasn't responding. Jay shook harder and harder, but there was no response. He then attempted to wake Ori up, but again, there was nothing. He held her hand and felt that it was abnormally cold.

"Oh shit." the realization of what was in front of him hit him harder than a bat. He fumbled for his phone and called the emergency number,

"My friends are dead, I need help! NOW!"

After giving them the proper information, Nathan called the Boys, along with Ryla and Karla, informing them on the news.   Not soon after, paramedics flew through the door and into the room, Jay sitting on the floor with his head in his hands.

They checked for a pulse on both, and recieved nothing. The paramedics exchanged glances and took both of them onto beds, and started doing the procedure, to make sure they were alive.

The boys and Karla and Ryla came in soon after them and the girls started crying.

The paramedics called them dead at the hospital, but was not entirely sure of the causes. Ori was because of cancer, but Nathan didn't have anything wrong. His breathing pasageways were normal, and ther was no trace of medicine in his blood. They called it the mystery case of November 11th, also the day they had met,  and left it at that.

So, this was it, this was the end.

 -flashback in NATHANS POV-

I pointed at the sky and said, "Look."

"What?"

"It's a shooting star, just wait."

We waited for it to fly across the sky and when it started I said, "See! Make a wish!"

She smiled but closed my eyes and silently made a wish, and I did the same.

"Done." She said, "What'd you wish for?"

"I can't tell you!" I replied

She giggled at me and exclaimed, "Why not!?!"   "

Because then it won't come true!"

"Wow gee," She remarked while rolling her eyes "Well I wished to live for a long time"

We sat on the blanket in silence as we reminisced on her wish.

"You said it out loud, Ori."    "Yeah...You don't actually believe in this shit, right?" she raised my eyebrow at me and I bit my lip, "Better safe than sorry."

I closed my eyes one more time when I saw another shooting star, but I didn't tell her this time.   I made the same wish as the first time, just for a better chance. I wish to die with Ori.
