"What's the worst thing that could happen?"

Chapter 14:

-ORIS POV-

I opened the door to my apartment and yelled, "Ryan?!?!?"

He walked out of the kitchen with two plates in his hands and set them down on the table, "what's up?"

I flashed the two airplane tickets in

my hand, "do you know what these are?"

He looked closer and replied, "yup, two tickets to Manchester for tomorrow."

I groaned and said,"do you know why I have them?"

He shrugged as he placed the silverware down.

"Why are you asking me?"

I groaned again and fell into my chair.

"They were in the mail for me with no return address."

He sat across from me and widened his eyes "sounds fun."

"What?"

"Why not go? There are two tickets right? Lets go!"

"But what about our classes tomorrow?"

"What about them?"

"Are we just gonna skip?"

"Naw, we're gonna create clones of ourselves so we can be in class AND Manchester!"

I rolled my eyes at his sarcasm and took a bite of my food. This could work.

I took a bite of my food and shrugged, "Why not."

Ryan grinned at me over the table and started eating. "Look at Ori being all badass."

I stuck my tongue out at him and put the tickets on the table. This was gonna be interesting.

Ryan put our plates and forks in the dishwasher and set it up.

"Better pack, bud. We're gonna go at noon tomorrow."

He nodded before heading into his room, and me doing the same.

I sat on my bed with my suitcase in front of me on the floor. I sighed and Let out a Huge breath. What's the worst thing that could happen?

We walked onto the airplane as people were settling into their seats. i looked around and saw quite a few seniors, and several kids. I inwardly groaned as I continued to scan the other passengers. My eyes widened when I saw someone that looked like Nath, but I was pushed from behind and continued walking down the aisle. It couldn't be him, how would he get tickets to Manchester for today too? I reach my section and sit down in the window seat, Ryan taking the seat next to me.

We sat through the routine announcements about safety and the toilet and food and other things I couldn't be bothered to pay much attention too.

My thoughts traveled back to the look a like Nathan, but it only made me even more confused. He was sitting next to a girl. She had long flowy and straight brown hair with green dye on her tips. What was he doing with her? Yeah, she could've been a random person who had the seat next to him but they were talking and laughing, and it sure didn't seem like they were strangers. I turned around in my seat to find him again, but I couldn't, instead I was faced with an empty seat where he was earlier.
