"Dhananjay, you have learnt everything from me. These seventeen years, you have mastered the art of archery. There is no equal to you on earth.
The conqueror of wealth Dhananjay, from now the world shall know you as Arjun.
I am pleased by your dedication and hardwork Arjun, and hence I would bestow you with a bow made by Brahma himself, Gandiv." Mahadev spoke, smiling at Arjun.

Seventeen years back, a tawny boy had entered Kailash, with dreams of learning. And today there stood a muscular man, standing tall and strong, his black hair reaching his shoulders.
He mastered the art of shooting arrows with both hands, earning a name Savyasachi for himself. He learnt to control his sleep, Nidrajeet or Gudakesha

As per Mahadev's instructions, he went on learn various celestial weapons from the King of Gods, Indra. Sachipati was pleased with Arjun, blessing him with a celestial diadem, he came to be known as Kirti

During his years at Kailash, he had accompanied Kartiyeka in many wars against Asuras. His fair and terrific manner of fighting was praised by Shukracharya, who called him Vibhatsu. His triumphant nature bought him names such as Jishnu and Vijaya. Mahadev had gifted him a pure white chariot with four horses, Swetvahana, he was called.

These seventeen years, he become a warrior, invincible to the world. He got called by many names, yet the name Dhananjay bought a smile that none could. His love towards his Radha Maa had melted Mata Parvati's heart. "History shall remember Radheya Arjun as the greatest warrior of all times." She had blessed him, which was the greatest boon of his life.

"GandivaDhari Arjun, you have learnt everything but one celestial weapon. Pashupatastra the irresistible and most destructive personal weapon of myself, Devi Kali and Devi Adi Para Shakti. It can be discharged by the mind, the eyes, words, or a bow. But remember, never to be use this weapon against lesser enemies. The Pashupatastra is capable of destroying creation and vanquishing all beings." Shiva spoke, guiding Arjun with this weapon before giving him Pashupatastra.

Arjun nodded, this was one of the strongest weapon in the whole universe, and to learn it from Mahadev himself? This was surprise for him.
Taking a deep breath, Arjun stood up for the weapon.

PASHUPATASTRA
The name itself was enough to being terror among foes, and strength in allies.

Understanding the strength and knowledge of usage, Arjun became the only man of Dwapar to have knowledge of this weapon.

DEPARTURE
This was the worst thing in life.

When he left Hastinapur to go out and learn, he at least knew that one day, no matter how many years later, he would return.
But Kailash? There were doubts that he would ever return back here.
