Unknown to Arjun and Ashwatthama, Brihatkshya had created two tests for those men who were here to participate in his sister's Swayamvar.

First was the absence of the King, by far, Arjun was the only King who didn't mind that fact, Brihatkshya did notice the disapproving look of Drauni, and then he came to the conclusion. Only Arjun had passed the first test.

The second was about their perspective about Maa Sita's idol. And both men from Indraprasth had passed with flying colours.

Brihatkshya smiled, there were good men participating in the Swayamvar of his sister, and he wished that it be Arjun who wins her hand.

From a balcony, hidden well behind a curtain, was a certain girl watching them enter; her cheeks turned red as stared Drauni, shamelessly. Thanking the gods that her friend did not catch her this way, she turned away and ran back to her room.

Her name was Parnika, and she lived at the aashram of Rishi Parshuram for seven years, in those years, she made a strong friendship with the son of Dron. And she herself was unaware, when her developed feeling for him.

Of course she hasn't confessed, yet, but she did tell her best friend. The friend with whom she lived before she was at Rishi Parshuram's aashram, Avadhi Nayantara.

In her previous life, she was a very normal girl, or as it seemed so. She was a very gorgeous maiden born in the house of Apsaras.

Being bought up by the the most beautiful women in the world, she had developed an unhealthy attitude. Believing her as the supreme beauty in the whole world.

But she wasn't the only girl, she had a sister, named Hrushika. She was surprised when her elder sister never boasted herself like she did. In fact Hrushika found herself in the feet of Narayan.

Parnika was happy, knowing that her sister had found her calling and was living under the Supreme Gods.

But that fact did do anything to her boastful nature.

Her arrogance was at leak, and so was her beauty and wits.

And her such nature bought her a curse, a curse that said that she would lose her beauty, the reason why she was arrogant.
A curse that said that she will born in lowest family, for she won't learn the A of arrogance.
And a curse, that the she will never have a child born from her womb.

And then she was born again, ina poor family, as maids of maids, and with the curse, she wasn't ugly but not even an ounce of beauty was on her face.

Soon her parents died leaving her all alone, and that was when Rishi Parshuram took her under his wing. Teaching her the virtues fit for a lady.

She was another story, from a woman filled with passion and desire, she was reborn as a simple lady with calm and peace.
Even though she had a drastic change, she was still the same.

She was the power, not yet moulded in a weapon.
She was the fire, wild and free, but untouched by anyone.

And then came along the mould that would create within her, the powerful weapon she was destined to be; a wood that would burn so the fire would exist.

To completely the fire of anger and arrogance, came Krodha;
To complete the woman who died and born in another time, came Yama;
And to complete the passion, came Kama.

Combined in one, as one of the greatest warriors of the Mahayuga, Ashwatthama.

"Love is in the air," Nayantara laughed as she saw Parnika dancing freely. From the serious network of her spies, aka the maids, Nayantara got to know the someone, for whom Parnika was waiting had come.

"Talking about yourself?" Parnika giggled, of course Drauni had bought his friend, or so in Parnika's words.

"Maybe," Nayantara wasn't the one to hide and shy, she was, and always openly said what she wanted or what she felt.

"Bhrata Balram said that only three people can complete the demand of my Swayamvar, Bhrata Krishna, Ashwatthama and Maharaj Arjun.
So I know that I will be his." She completed.

"Yes, and I have heard that 100 times already." Parnika added.

"But what is the demand for you Swayamvar? What test is it?" She asked, and Nayantara smirked.

Next day:

Brihatkshya stood in the middle of the hall, all the Kings were present, he started, "To win my sister's hand in marriage, there is a condition, a simple yet difficult one.

There are seven pots placed in a single line, six of them are filled with copper coins and one with gold.

One must look in the opposite direction, and just hearing the wind touch and clash with pot, they have to guess and shot am arrow in a such a way, that all the gold coins fall down." He explain

The Kings looked at each other in surprise, this was a difficult and almost impossible to complete task.

Ome of them turned and whispered, "While the Princess of Ayodhya is good to marry, she brings a political alliance, but she is not that beautiful, and such a difficult task for her? I think she will remain unmarried her whole life."

Similar such comments were passed, the crown prince of Ayodhya, who did hear a word of thos, continued to welcome his sister.

Arjun, who had originally planned to greet and wish and leave, heard every single comment. And each word made his blood boil.
And in that moment, he took a decision-
That he would win her hand, rightfully and show these not good for anything idiots that who truly deserved Nayantara.

The backstory of Parnika.
Added in perfect time, haina?

I wanted to show this before bit I didn't get space to write about her.

So did anyone expect her to sisters with Hrushika?
Even I didn't. Bas likhte likhte idea aaya and I wrote.

To be frank, Narottam Arjun is expanding.
Like when I started I didn't think on writing backstory for many characters, but now they are coming out.

Like Roohi for Satyaki, Hrushika and Parnika, Savi.
And many more.
I am going to change one of Ashtabharyas story, other than Rukmini.

That's undecided actually, I have thought for Satyabhama or Bhadra. Which one's should o change?

And now a question:

Krishna, Ashwatthama and Arjun can win.
But still, when Ashwatthama will fail when he participates, why?
