OR SO I THOUGHT.

Being new parents left little room for anything really. The two of them needed constant care and attention. Reece and I were not getting much alone time. Which was luckily not putting too much pressure on us being together.

Or so I thought.

Things felt weird. I felt as if Reece was hiding some sort of secret. He was always in meetings, rehearsal or a shoot. I just tried to put it down to him working hard for his family.

"Becky why is there washing all over the place?" Reece shouted.

"I'm sorry I had to put some in your office. Elwood had a poo explosion." I explained.

"But I can't get too anything." He ran his hands through his hair.

"You can put something on the floor or another room."

"But then you'd get annoyed at me for putting them somewhere." He explained taking his glasses off.

"Not if you would have explained it to me."

"But you where busy with the babies."

"I know... MAYBE YOU COULD HAVE HELPED." I shouted and regretting it as soon as it happened.

"REALLY?"

"Y-YEAH." I really was not sure where this argument was going.

"WE ARE A TEAM. I ALWAYS HELP AND YOU KNOW I GIVE ALL THE TIME AND ATTENTION I CAN." he shouted.

"I KNOW BUT MAYBE YOU COULD DO SOME HOUSE WORK." I needed to stop my mouth and think.

"BECKY!" He shouted my name in a really sort of way.

"REECE." I was kind of just copying him now.

Then one of the babies began to cry adding to the tension.

"I'LL GO." Shouted Reece walking off towards the kids bedroom.

"NO LET ME." I shouted back following him.

"NO !" he sped up walking.

"REECE." I stomped after him.

"WHAT!?" He asked picking up Imelda.

I looked at the crying baby about to show and realised that Elwood was asleep so I began whisper shouting at him.

"IS THERE SOMETHING GOING ON THAT I NEED TO KNOW?" I questioned feeling like an utter mad man.

Reece was bouncing Imelda up and down "NO WHY WOULD THERE BE."

"BECAUSE YOU ARE ALWAYS AWAY." I know I should not complain.

"BECAUSE I'M EARNING MONEY FOR OUR FAMILY." he rubbed Imelda's back.

"AND I'M NOT." I stopped and stared at him.

We just stopped and looked at each other like we wanted to rip each others heads off. I ran away and into the garden. Once out in the garden I gave a massive growl.

Arguments like this kept happening. Like he was hiding things. I tried to just think this was normal adult life. That was where just going through everything. I hated arguing with him. Luckily we where very good at bouncing back and being together after.
