The date was brilliant. It was the best date I'd ever had. Yes I had not ever been on a proper date but allow me this. It was good compared to what I should expect.
There was a few days where I didn't see Reece but I did hear from him. He would often text random stuff just to make me laugh.
One day I plucked up the courage to ask him on a date. He luckily said yes. I had to admit that I was doing a dance around the house when this happened.
I planned everything. I really wanted him to enjoy it. I had everything crossed.
-The Date-
I had had planned a picnic. In the basket I had all of his favourites and new things that I wanted him to try. I hoped he was hungry.
I picked him up. He looked amazing. He was casual but also dressed up like he had made a bit of an effort.
We drove a long chatting, giggling and singing. It was a really sweet thing like something out of a tv show.
We arrived at the sculpture park. We where very nerdy But I would rather be nerdy and get culture than be boring.
We ran around like kids. Stopping and staring. I took photos of things. I was an ok photographer. I had done weddings and events like it.
Reece had such a brilliant mind. He kept creating stories. Stories about evil robots, late night raves that ended in the end of the world and Samori sword cat ninjas that could kill you in one skilful move. He would just look at them and come up with some sort of story.
