Today Reece and I would be seeing my parents. This made me the most anxious I had been since the doctors appointment. Reece really had a hard time calming me down. It made my symptoms flare up. I felt so sick and needed to eat more.
When we arrived at my parents house. It took me absolutely everything not to throw up.
"Ready?" Reece asked.
"I love you ." I looked at him weakly.
He leaned over and kissed me. He held my head. He made me look him in the eye.
" I love you and will always love you."
We kissed again then headed in.
-HOUR LATER-
My parents where themselves but not as bad as they could be. My mum also did not have a full on fangirl. They did act like themselves which is not like any other parents. They are the most bazaar, outrageous, shocking, weird parents you've met. They really could be characters on Inside Number Nine. They where very hippy, indie, rock and roll. They had artist souls.
So I was always on edge. So on edge. Reece got on with them because their personalities where similar. They knew the boundaries and a lot of the time took no notice of them. Yet had a respectful serious side. We planned on seeing them that night for dinner.
-IN THE CAR-
I could breath again. I let out a huge sigh of relief.
"You ok beautiful ? You can breath now."
We drove for a little while until we got to a nice open area. I felt like a weight had lifted. We walked around taking the views in. It was nice to get some fresh air.
We ended up in a little pub. Unfortunately it had been raining so we had to put on our coats. Reece wore a green coat. He decided to get a glass of whisky. This annoyed me because whisky was my go to drink. He promised me he was not trying to annoy me. Trying to taunt me.
I had a hot chocolate whilst he sat I took a photo of him. He always just lets me take photos. I love photography. I take about a million photos a day. I nearly always have a camera with me. I also worked as a photographer and did lots of shoots.
We sat in the pub for a while just having time as a couple. It was great we just got to be. In all honesty it made me love him a little bit more. Which I did not even think was possible.
-DINNER-
We went to my parents house for about 7. It was going to be tricky. I could see so much going wrong.
Luckily they all seemed to follow on from earlier that day. Reece seemed to really enjoy being with them. He clicked with them. This gave me hope for the future.
Even my dad seemed to relax with him. Which was not what I thought would happen as he said in the past that he'd always not fully like anyone who dates his little girls.
