Weapon: a lightsaber powered by a rare type of dust that creates a blade of plasma that can cut through most things except dust-infused weapons.

(Just so you know I've added that the metal that huntsman make their weapons out of is infused with dust giving it some ability to deflect a lightsaber blade, but some of the dust infused weapons and armour will be cut through if the lightsaber hits it multiple times leaving a one time defence.)
First semblance: force connection. Y/ns semblance allows him to tap into the force through his aura entering his cells giving him the ability to move objects and people with a motion of his hand or if he concentrates enough he can do it without any hand movement. It also gives him the ability to release an aura of his emotions such as anger, hate, happiness, and love, He can use this part of his Semblance to restrict Qrow's semblance to minor things.
Second semblance: to be revealed.
