Part 11 -Happy birthday

Jamie's POV

Chris and I drove to set this morning and it was a hard day of filming. Tomorrow will be slightly lighter but I look forward to Wednesday cause it's Chris' birthday! He's turning 35. Maybe not a round number like 30 or 40, but I still have a special plan.

I talked to Finn to let us not come in on Wednesday, and on Thursday they will need him only for a short scene. I finalized the filming plans with Finn for those scenes so my presence won't be necessary. I know he has plans with his brother Wednesday and I told him I'll take him to a special restaurant in the afternoon, so he should be ready to pick me up around seven.

Now, there is no restaurant. From what I've heard Scott is taking him somewhere for the whole day, and he'll come home, change and pick me up. Which gives me plenty of time to set up my surprise at his house. Knowing him, he'll arrive home around six, six-thirty to change and that's when I'll surprise him.

I remember he said he's been to a strip club, and that he like it so and idea popped into my mind. I've always been slightly curious about the whole striptees thing, so I thought I'd give him a little improvised show for his birthday.

I have never done anything like it before, but it seems fun and I'm positive he'll enjoy it. Even though I have my fair share of sexy lingerie, I still want to go and buy something specifically for this occasion! I'm planing on going with Sheila and Layla to buy some Wednesday before the surprise. I'd do it sooner but I promised an old friend of mine, Lucy, that I would meet her for lunch tomorrow and I wanna get a good night sleep so I look decent for the surprise.

This day was finally coming to an end and since Chris had some thing he needed to take care of, we said our goodbye on the set and I called George to drive me back home.

When I got home and changed I texted in the group chat,

You guys wanna come over?

I have plenty to tell...

With that I go in my contacts and order some sushi from a local place I love.

When there's a knock on my door in 10 minutes it could be either Sheila or my beloved sushi!

Sheila it is.

''Hey girl.'' She hugs me and walks in eyeing me up and down. ''You're walking straight, I'm disappointed a little...'' She sighs and I laugh at her comment. ''What? If after two days of being shacked up with Chris Evans you walk straight - you ain't doing something right honey!'' She spills her wisdom and accompanies it with a wink.

I love that my friends feel free to comment whatever falls on their minds without a filter!

''Don't worry, I've had my fair share of limping.'' I assure and we both sit down on the couch waiting for the food and dear old Layla to arrive. ''So what's up with you?''
