The next student walked out of the classroom, his hair a fiery red. It was similar to half of Shoto's hair color you wondered if it was natural. "Hello, please take a seat my name is Y/N." You introduced yourself to him. "Hello, I am Eijiro Kirishima." He smiled at the way you introduced yourself first. He knew who you were based on Mr.Aizawa already introducing you to the class, of course you knew his name too since you wrote in on the chalkboard. It was nice to formally introduce yourselves.

"Is it alright if I call you Kirishima for the remainder of this interview?" You questioned grabbing your notebook and pencil writing his full name across the top before getting to the questions that you knew would need to be answered soon. "Yes that's fine, it's what my classmates call me." He smiled with sincerity as he answered your question. "Alright Kirishima let's start with the basics. Could you tell me a little bit about your quirk?" You looked up at him as his face turned into one of thought. "My quirk is hardening, essentially I can harden my whole body like stone almost. It is good for combat while also being a good defense as I can deflect most attacks without taking any major damage to my body." His answer was right to the point, you wrote down his words exactly how he spoke them.

"You can harden your whole body into stone? That is very interesting, do you know of the hero course student in class 1-B, Tetsutetsu?" You tilted your head, this wasn't a question for your interview but rather a personal one. You were curious on if he knew your brother had a very similar quirk but with different components. "No, I have not. Why?" Kirishima questioned back. You knew you shouldn't disclose other students quirks within each other as it could give one an advantage over the other. "I think you two would be good friends, that is all." You smiled. "Is there any special moves you have developed here at UA with your quirk?" You were more interested in his interview than the others so far. How was it possible that he and your brother had such similar quirks, you thought it was impossible.

"As of right now, I have been working on mainly strengthening my hardening abilities. The more I can harden my body the more powerful I can become." He laughed awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. "Is there any one teacher you think has you helped you out the most?" You raised an eyebrow trying to get any small bit of information out of him. "We mainly work with Mr.Aizawa occasionally other teachers will come but we mainly train in rallies against each other on campus in the training halls." He took a sip of his water, he seemed to be nervous but you hadn't a clue why. "I have heard from students here at UA that Mr.Aizawa is doing an amazing job at training his hero course students. I am glad to hear that he has been able to help you all." Your notebook was almost full of answers.

"Is there any agencies you are hopeful to be scouted by this year at the sports festival?" You looked up at him with a warm gaze, hoping to ease any nerves he had. "I have been looking into a few potential agencies like the one crimson riot was under or maybe another agency outside of this district to get a new sense of other cities and towns. As a hero I know that you travel a lot depending on where you're needed so it would be nice to be scouted by any agencies that can help enhance my playing field." His smile was one with flash, his teeth peering through glistening white, he was happy to talk about this subject. "You mentioned crimson riot, is he one of your favorite heroes?" You questioned with a tilt to your head, "You know it Y/N, I used to watch his videos nonstop. He inspired me to be the hero I want to become and chase after my dream here at UA. He is the reason I dyed my hair red and changed the style to these spikes, it gives me more of an edge." He chuckled pointing at his red locks. That would answer your question from earlier about if his hair color was naturally like Shoto's or not.

"I like it Kirishima, I definitely think it gives you the edge you're looking for." You complimented him, giggling when a blush formed on his cheeks, "T-thank you!" He squeaked out hiding behind his hands causing you to shake your head and giggle more. He was cute. "Final question, what do you think you can bring as a first year student at the sports festival with your quirk that is different, what can you proudly show off?" You grabbed your notebook again prepared to write down his answer. "That is a tough one.." He sighed before starting to talk again; "My quirk alone doesn't pack much power in terms of range since it is hardening my form but for close combat and assistance I think my quirk is something I'm proud to show off. Just knowing that I could potentially save citizens by using my quirk to support building structures that are falling or defending a citizen against some villain wielding a weapon, that's what makes me proud. I am not sure if that is the answer you are looking for but to me that is what I have to bring to this years sports festival as a first year student in the hero course." You wrote down everything he said before responding yourself. "There are no right or wrong answers Kirishima, you are speaking from the heart, embrace that." You smiled.

"Thank you for answering my questions, that is all I had to ask for now, I look forward to seeing you compete in the sports festival." You stood up shaking his hand again, dismissing him. "W-wait!" He stuttered still holding onto your hand, "Hm?" You questioned your head tilted once more but this time in confusion. "I've never done this before but you seemed really nice and I would like to get to know you more. Could I possibly have your number?" He rushed out his sentence. Your eyes widened as a blush appeared across your face, you have never been asked for your number before. This was foreign, you felt embarrassed almost. "Oh yeah, sure!" You squeaked out telling him your phone number so he could reach out to you. "Awesome, thanks a lot Y/N. I'll talk to you later." He smiled before turning around walking back to the class. "Yeah.. talk to you later!" You called out after him waiting for him to enter his classroom before sinking back into your chair.

You rubbed your face with your hands trying to clear the fog of thoughts in your mind and wipe away any remaining blush on your cheeks even if it wasn't possible. Ah that was embarrassing, why did I blush? He probably thinks I'm weird now for doing that! You scolded yourself sinking back further until your body was completely hidden behind the desk letting embarrassment swallow you up. You didn't want to conduct anymore interviews but you knew you had to. You were shook from your curled up state when you heard a knock on your desk causing you to peer your head up. It was the next student; you immediately shot up from your slouched position. What a great first introduction Y/N.. You scolded yourself once more.
