Mingi puffed and looked around. Jongho was supposed to come meet him after work and he was planning on taking him to go eat or something but the boy never showed. At first he thought he might have been busy at work, then he got angry thinking he had forgotten but now he was just worried. Did something happen to him?

Fed up with waiting around and worrying, he got into his car and drove to the younger's house. When he got there, he knocked on the door multiple times and waited but no one answered. He was about to go back when he heard footsteps coming his way.

"Mingi, what are you doing here?" Jongho walked up to him and started to look for his keys.

"I was around and thought I'd stop by" Mingi lied. He felt hurt that the other didn't seem to remember they were supposed to meet.

"Oh cool! Come on in then" Jongho opened the door and came in but stopped when he saw the older boy wasn't following.

"I can't. I just remembered I was supposed to go pick up Yunho from work. See you" Mingi waved goodbye and left, leaving Jongho confused.

It wasn't until he got out his phone and checked his messages that he was showered with texts coming from Mingi. He read them one by one and remembered.

"Shit! I was supposed to go see him after work!!" Jongho threw himself on the bed and whined. How could he have forgotten? And Mingi had been so worried about him, he even came over to check on him!

"I hate myself" Jongho whined some more before getting up, getting his car keys and driving to Mingi's house.

"Mingi, open up" Jongho knocked on the door and waited for his friend to open.

"What's up?" Mingi didn't seem upset but he wasn't joyous either.

"I'm so sorry! I'm a complete idiot and I'm so sorry!" Jongho looked at Mingi and tried to decipher his expression.

"What are you sorry for exactly?" He crossed his arms and leaned against the door frame.

"I forgot I was supposed to meet you at the park..." Jongho looked up when he heard a slight chuckle. He saw Mingi was smiling and was confused, was everything alright?

"Come on, let's go watch a movie or something" Mingi grabbed him by the wrist and pulled him inside.

He sat them both down on the couch, turned on Netflix and played an episode of Brooklyn Nini-Nine. Jongho felt an arm wrap around him and scooted closer to where Mingi was seated, swinging one arm around his chest and laying his head on his shoulders.
