Mrs. Pail pulls me and Kayce out to the hallway. I am so confused...she spilled the coffee on herself. The fact that she is lying about it is really pissing me off. "Alright explain this to me in a calm matter," Mrs.Pail says. I open my mouth to speak but before a word can come out Kayce begins to speak. "She purposely spills this coffee on me!" Mrs.Pail looks over at me and asked me if I did. I can tell by the tone in her voice she didn't deliver Kayce. "look if I wanted to spill coffee on her purposely I would have spilled it on her head." I say matter of factly. Kaycee scoffs, I give her a look and see cowers under it. Why is she lying? I really can't figure this out. I mean the whole time I was working she only typed a paragraph, her mind seemed like it was elsewhere so I didn't question it, I just thought she was having a bad day. But to blame me for this is ridiculous. "She was angry with me because I didn't have much work done," Kaycee says trying to convince Mrs.Pail. I look over in shock. "Yes that was annoying but I just figured you were having a bad day. Why am I all of a sudden that ba guy here? Look Kayce this isn't high school if your feeling bad just talk to the teacher and leave." Kayce crosses her arms and shakes her head. "Ms.Tiana you are correct this isn't high school conflicts like this should not be happening in my classroom. Kayce go get cleaned up, I expect both of you to have your acts together before entering my class again." Kayce storms off and I am left baffled. Great not Mrs.Pail is going to hate me. I get into class and sit back in my seat. Letting out a big sigh I slouch, that's when I feel two sets of eyes on me. I look over to see both V and Jay looking at me with curiosity. Jay is the first to look away after I noticed. "Is everything okay?" V asks in the sweetest voice. I give him a faint nob and turn back to my work. I'm frustrated but I can't let it get to me. I work till the end of the class

8:45 am

"Alright class you will be combining your work tomorrow, have a good rest of your day," Mrs. Pail says brightly. Wow, teachers really do have two faces. I guess Kayce couldn't find the courage to come back to class. I start packing my stuff when I turned to see both Jay and v looking at me.
"Glad to know I'm pretty to look at" I jokingly say to the two boys.
Both of them look away flustered, was it something I said ? Anyways I need to finish packing and get home, I'm off today so I wanna relax. Before standing to leave I sigh and stare off for a little. I snap out of my trance and stand up, that's when both of the boys cut me off.
"What's up?" I say with a smile. Truthfully I am annoyed and don't really want to interact with people but, these two were nice and my friends so I shouldn't show any negative emotions right now.
V looks at me with puppy eyes "I was just wondering...are you sure you're okay?" He asks not sure if it would be a good idea to bring up this topic. I can't remember the last time someone asked me that question so... genuinely. I thought about ranting, about letting everything go and placing my emotions on them but I just couldn't. I can't. Even with something as little as this I can't. I'll just tell my mom about it later if she's home or if I can remember.
I realize I was staring off for a little to long when V suddenly calls my name. "Yeah no I'm fine...I'm fine ! Dont worry hahah" I say trying to convince myself more then them.
V sighs" did you need a ride home or wanna go get food?" He then turns to jay, "I can give you one too!" He says providing us both with a gummy smile. His smile was like medicine, but the kind that came with caution because it was so addictive. "Sure ! I can pay ," I say before thinking, as always. It's okay moms rent went down because of disability and I didn't need to buy to much food because mom found her food stamp card. I just can't spend over 80$. Both of the boys shake their heads. "I-l can pay, I don't mind a-and you can pay next time!" V says me and Jay both chuckle a little. V gets flustered,"what??" He says alarmed.
"Hahah nothing it's just.... You said next time, cute " I say, and give him an eye smile. V looks away giving a shy smile back. I let out a sigh, "how about hot coco and coffee?" I offer. "It's pretty cold outside today and we can talk about the project," I further explain.
"Sounds good" Jay says, we gather or stuff and step outside the building. The short walk consisting of quick conversation starters. Jay and I fallow vs lead when we see a black, polished car. I don't know to much about cars so I didn't see the big deal but jays jaw was nearly touching the floor. The both start talking about it and v rubs the back of his neck with a faint smile. "Too be honest I don't know much about cars...my dad got it for me after high school. "
Wow just the thought of either of my parents buying me something like a car feel unrealistic.
Jay scoffs,"how could you not know what you drive ??? This beautiful car is a Mercedes-Benz CLA 250, my bug brother always wanted a car like this" jay trails off.
"Um yeah I just picked out the least expensive one.... I don't like luxurious things all to much" v says. All I can do is sit there lost... what's the big deal about a Mercedes blah blah blah. What does amazing me though is how much jay is talking. I chuckle and they both look at me.
          "Oh sorry it's just this is the first time that you're talking more then me" I say. Jay turns a rose red, flowers couldn't compare to how pretty they both are.
