Unknown to the two reunited brothers, Izuku was preparing to be in the line of fire. The greenette sat at the head of the meeting room, pro-heroes occupying every seat. Nezu stood on the table, drawing everyone's attention. Before Izuku had arrived, the Chimera had briefly explained the situation, ensuring that the heroes that were here were actually interested in saving Shigaraki. Nezu walked off the table, landing on the arm of Izuku's chair, directing the attention of the group to him.

The anxiety that was common to be seen radiating off the boy, was pushed down, allowing himself to breathe, open his mouth, and speak without stuttering. "Since you all are aware of why we are gathered I'll spare us all the explanation and drive right into our course of action. The villain involved in the grooming and abuse of Shigaraki is a legend know as All for One, a villain who is on par if not stronger than All Might. That being said, the initial way we want to approach this situation is with stealth. Eraserhead, Nighteye, the police, and myself, will be infiltrating and take Shigaraki. Meanwhile Pro-Heroes, Best Jeanist, Miruko, Ryukyu, Fatgum, Midnight, Hawks, Edgeshot, Present Mic, and Vlad King, will be handling the villains All for One sends their way. If All for One decides to make an appearance in the fight All Might is on stand by." Izuku finishes, repressing the scowl that dared to make as he said the number one hero's name. (Logically Izuku knew that everything that happened wasn't entirely All Might's fault, but he still needed to be held accountable.) The heroes, fortunately for Izuku, we're complying. The stealth group met to discuss, while the powerhouse group theorized what villains, or nomus, they would be up against.

The plan was simple but well thought out, Nighteye would predict the future right before the moment of infiltration (he won't look further into the future due to person matters), if everything is clear, Izuku and Eraserhead would sneak into the bar backed by police, and grab Shigaraki. If that isn't possible the back up is to put a tracker on Shigaraki in case they are forced to change location. The powerhouse group will be in charge of dealing with Kurogiri and any other villains at the scene. All in all a solid plan.

It was just a few moments after sunset when they struck. Nighteye confirmed that no one would attack them during their initial entrance. With the vote of confidence, Aizawa and Izuku made their way in. Aizawa went one way to handle Kurogiri. Izuku headed straight to Shigaraki, knowing that his friend wouldn't attack him if he was alone. Shigaraki's watchful eyes caught a glimpse of Izuku's green hair, the boy got up and ran to his younger friend. "Izu, what are you doing here, it's not safe for you." Shigaraki said, keeping his voice relatively quiet. "It's not safe for you either." Izuku murmured, pulling Shigaraki into a hug. "Are you able to come with me?" Izuku asked, making eye contact with Shigaraki as he pulled away from the hug. "I don't think so, sensei knows everywhere I go." Izuku sighed. "Shiggy I can get you out of here. Do you want that?" Shigaraki looked confused, treating the question with caution. "I do. But if I leave what's to say that Sensei won't find me or worse, hurt you?" Izuku smiled softly, "I managed to get UA's protection, along with multiple top heroes." Shigaraki winced at the mention of heroes. "Shiggy, don't worry, they aren't against you. Actually I have Eraserhead with me, I know that you prefer him over the other heroes, he's a really good teacher. We can get you out." Shigaraki nods silently, letting himself get pulled into another hug by Izuku. The moment was ruined by the sound of glass breaking, Fuck. Looks like Kurogiri got violent with Aizawa, that means that their time is limited. Izuku and Shigaraki ran towards the racket, walking in on Aizawa using his quirk on Kurogiri. This didn't make his misty body dissipate, although it did seem to render him unable to open portals. Unfortunately for Izuku, Kurogiri wasn't the only teleportation quirk in All for One's arsenal. Sludge began rising from his mouth, covering his head and body, blocking his eyesight, and covering his ears, muffling the desperate cry Shigaraki let out. When the sludge finally disappeared from his eyes, he found himself face to face with an eyeless man attached to many wires. If the fear that the mans smile spiked in Izuku was anything to go by, this was All for One.
